Spreedly announced the availability of its standalone payment vault, giving merchants a way to securely store and control their own payment credentials without first adopting a full payments orchestration platform.

“The vault has become the control point in modern payments,” said Justin Benson, CEO of Spreedly. “More of what determines payment performance now lives in the credential itself, and providers are finally opening up to let merchants own it. Merchants want that control the ability to run the providers they have today and change course tomorrow. An independent vault lets them start now and decide the rest as they grow. They shouldn’t have to commit to everything on day one.”

The launch reflects a structural shift in how payments are built and where their value sits:

Value has moved into the vault. The vault is no longer passive storage. Network tokenization, Account Updater, and stored-credential optimization increasingly determine authorization rates and payment performance — making the credential, and who controls it, a source of competitive advantage.

Payment providers are opening up. Providers that once held credentials captive are increasingly supporting merchant-controlled vaults and credential portability, removing a long-standing barrier to adding or switching providers.

Merchants want to own orchestration. A growing number of merchants want to own the routing and decisioning layer that sits above their providers, rather than delegating that control to any single PSP.

The next wave is agent-driven. As AI agents begin initiating purchases, merchants that already control portable payment credentials will be best positioned to support them.

The path forward should stay open. With an independent vault, merchants can preserve that optionality without committing to it prematurely.

While Spreedly has long offered payment vault capabilities as part of its orchestration platform, merchants can now begin with secure, portable credentials today and expand into additional capabilities over time on the same platform with no re-vaulting required.

Spreedly’s standalone vault includes:

PCI DSS Level 1 tokenization that keeps raw payment data out of merchant systems

Portable payment credentials that work across more than 100 payment providers with no processor lock-in

Built-in network tokenization and Account Updater services that help keep payment credentials current and improve authorization rates

A direct path to additional payment capabilities on the Spreedly platform without migrating payment credentials

A merchant can adopt the vault while continuing to run a single provider per region, preserving control and optionality. As needs grow, they can build their own orchestration on top of portable credentials, or adopt Spreedly’s, without rebuilding their payments stack.

“A vault shouldn’t lock you into anyone’s roadmap, including ours,” said Mike Rivers, CTO of Spreedly. “When credentials stay portable, a merchant can run a single provider per region today and add routing, orchestration, or new payment methods whenever they’re ready. Portability is what keeps the future open.”

Stored credential transactions now account for 40% of transaction volume across Spreedly’s platform, up from 34% in 2022, reflecting growing demand for payment strategies built around portable credentials rather than a single payment processor.

Tosi’s U.S. customers gain access to Tosi Insight, a new intelligence layer that analyzes OT network traffic, identifies connected assets, detects unusual activity, and highlights operational risks that traditional monitoring might miss. The new tool extends the capabilities of Tosi Control, a cloud-based console launched by the company in January this year to connect, manage, and monitor critical assets in OT networks in real time.

Tosi Insight was designed in response to changing customer expectations, driven by the fact that operational technology environments are becoming more connected and distributed, making it harder for organizations to monitor and understand their networks. The new tool does not replace current operational or security tools, but adds OT-specific behavioral visibility and context that regular infrastructure monitoring cannot provide.

“Tosi Control answers the question: ‘Is everything connected and operating?’ Tosi Insight answers the next question customers ask: ‘What is happening across my OT environment?'” said Sakari Suhonen, CEO of Tosi U.S. “Together they provide organizations with a single platform that connects, visualizes, controls, and now delivers operational intelligence across distributed OT environments.”

The launch of Tosi Insight was preceded by an early access program, during which participating companies used the platform to identify undocumented assets, detect unexpected network activity, and maintain visibility into their OT environments, work that previously required significant manual effort. During testing, customers also used the platform’s reporting, traffic analysis, and investigation tools to review network behavior and support faster decision-making.

Key capabilities of Tosi Insight include:

Continuous monitoring of OT network traffic and communications

Behavioral anomaly detection and operational intelligence

Risk-based event prioritization

Traffic analytics and protocol visibility

Communication and relationship mapping

Context-rich investigations with filtering, drill-down analysis, and reporting

Executive and operational reporting to support decision-making

Tosi Insight is available today as part of the Tosi OT Operations Platform for Professional and Enterprise Tosi Control deployments in the United States, with availability expanding to customers worldwide in the coming weeks.

Designed for speed and accessibility, Flex allows teams to proactively manage their VBC performance, working with their own data, on their own timeline.

Flex is built for organizations that need actuarial insight most, including:

Providers evaluating VBC entry, who need to model contract economics before committing to risk

Small and mid-sized payors and providers with limited actuarial staff, who require expert-level analytics without the overhead of a full actuarial function

Providers assessing population risk ahead of a value-based contract, who need clarity on exposure before signing

With Flex, organizations can upload their own data, analyze any population, benchmark performance against national targets, and query results in natural language through the Arbital AI Assistant. The result is actuarial-grade insight delivered in days rather than the months typically required for platform technology implementations or consulting engagements.

“For organizations new to VBC, delayed performance visibility quickly becomes costly,” said Brian M. Overstreet, President and CEO of Arbital Health. “Risk contracts demand proactive, forward-looking insight, not retrospective reporting. Flex gives payor and provider organizations the fastest path to VBC insight available today, so our clients can make smarter risk decisions from day one.”

“Arbital brings a level of actuarial expertise to VBC that is essential for our team,” said Beth Houck, CEO of Sonar MD. “The analytical depth behind the platform reflects years of specialized work in risk contract economics, and Flex makes that expertise accessible instantly. Combined with the fact that we hold the largest IBD dataset in the industry, the foundation for succeeding in VBC specialty models, our team was extracting meaningful insight within days of getting started.”

“There is no other solution like Flex on the market today,” said Jiaming Wang, Head of Product at Arbital Health. “Payor and provider teams have historically had to choose between manual analysis and costly consulting engagements. Flex offers a third option: an AI-enabled, self-serve platform that delivers Arbital’s actuarial expertise in days, not months.”

The complete Arbital AI Platform adds the support of its team of expert VBC actuaries, the same actuaries who built Arbital Flex and have spent decades working inside VBC and complex risk arrangements. The team stays actively in tune with shifting market dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging cost trends, so the platform evolves with the market rather than chasing it.

Decisions announced its latest release, a major update to its enterprise orchestration platform that advances how organizations build, govern, deploy, and orchestrate automation at scale. The release introduces support for governed vibe coding, a new Deployment Tower for managing enterprise deployments, and an upgraded platform experience designed to make automation development faster and more intuitive.

Build at the speed of AI, governed by the enterprise

Decisions unites the speed of vibe coding to enterprise application development while keeping business logic, data, and workflows securely governed.

Development teams can use AI tools such as Claude Code to rapidly create front-end experiences, while Decisions provides a safe, scalable, and production-ready backend of flows, data, and business rules. Because AI-generated interfaces remain connected to the Decisions’ orchestration layer, organizations can deliver modern applications without creating disconnected systems or exposing critical business logic.

Whether serving as the front end, the backend, or both, Decisions integrates with existing enterprise systems to support governed, end-to-end automation.

“Decisions transforms vibe coding from a weekend experiment into something the enterprise can actually trust,” said Decisions CEO Giles Whiting. “Vibe coding is phenomenal for spinning up front-end experiences at AI speed, but it introduces risk when those AI-generated interfaces get anywhere near production data, rules, and business logic. With our latest release, our customers can use whatever vibe-coding tool they like on the front end, while keeping their core decisions, rules, and data protected behind a governed Decisions backend. They get the velocity of AI-assisted development, without crossing business red lines on control, compliance, and reliability.”

Also Read: Quality Clouds Launches Hub: Enterprise-Grade Governance for AI-Generated Code

The Decisions Deployment Tower: governed deployment, built in

As automation initiatives grow, the hard part is moving solutions safely across environments. Deployment Tower makes release governance part of the platform, connecting planning, validation, and promotion into a single governed lifecycle and making it possible to:

Understand what’s deployed where, across every environment.

Trace every deployment back to the originating task (whether managed in Jira, Azure DevOps, or another project management system).

Govern the movement of changes, with access controls, approvals, and audit built in.

Control deployments at scale, from a single organization to many.

By importing stories and sprints directly into Decisions and keeping them synchronized, Deployment Tower replaces opaque revision numbers with a clear record of what changed, when, why, and by whom, giving teams in regulated industries a stronger foundation for traceability, governance, and audit.

An upgraded, more intuitive experience

This release also modernizes the entire platform with a cleaner, intuitive interface that reduces visual noise while making complex automation easier to build and manage.

Redesigned rule and truth table authoring improve readability and simplify the management of sophisticated business logic. Updated navigation, consistent design modules, and a new dark mode make the platform easier to learn and faster to build in, without sacrificing enterprise-grade capabilities.

“Teams everywhere want to build faster, but what really changes the game is being able to move quickly and trust every outcome,” said Whiting. “The latest release of the Decisions platform gives customers an even smarter way to create and a more controlled deployment, orchestrating work across people, systems, and AI so the more they build, the more value and confidence they get back from the business.”

Betterworks announced the beta launch of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, enabling organizations to securely connect Betterworks performance data with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and other MCP-compatible tools.

“We’re moving beyond a world where AI simply responds to prompts,” said Doug Dennerline, CEO of Betterworks. “The next generation of AI will understand what’s happening across your business and proactively surface the insights that need your attention. By giving AI trusted performance intelligence, we’re helping leaders spend less time searching for information and more time coaching their teams, making better decisions, and driving business results.”

Putting Performance Intelligence Into Everyday AI

Many organizations already use AI assistants to prepare for performance reviews, summarize information, and identify workforce trends. Until now, Betterworks data had to be manually gathered before those tools could deliver meaningful insights. Without building custom integrations, exporting reports, or logging into multiple applications, leaders, managers, and HR teams can now simply ask natural-language questions about goals, recognition, team performance, and organizational insights directly from their AI assistant.

Managers can simply ask:

“Help me prepare for my 1:1 with Jordan, including goal progress…”

“Which of my team goals are at risk this quarter?”

“Summarize recognition trends across my team.”

“Create a leadership update highlighting my team and our performance…”

Instead of spending time gathering information, Betterworks helps managers prepare for coaching conversations, identify emerging risks, and generate leadership-ready updates. By making trusted performance context instantly accessible, organizations can move faster, respond sooner, and make more confident talent decisions.

Built for Enterprise Trust

Security remains foundational to the experience. Every interaction respects Betterworks’ existing authentication and native permission model, ensuring users only access the information they already have permission to see. Organizations can confidently extend sensitive performance data into AI workflows without introducing new access controls or compromising governance.

Oscilar, the agentic risk platform for financial institutions, announced a partnership with Conta Azul, part of Visma and one of Brazil’s leading cloud-based financial management and enterprise resource platforms for small and medium-sized businesses.

Conta Azul will use Oscilar’s fraud prevention, onboarding and case management capabilities to strengthen its risk operations as it expands from financial management into payments and continues scaling services for more than 100,000 businesses across Brazil. The unified system will give Conta Azul’s anti-fraud and engineering teams a single real-time view of the customer journey, from onboarding through ongoing transaction monitoring.

Oscilar’s flexibility was a key factor in the decision. The platform adapts to Conta Azul’s data in its existing structure and integrates the third-party services the team already uses, giving the fraud team the speed and control to respond as threats change.

Conta Azul also plans to build on Oscilar’s agentic AI capabilities. A natural-language copilot helps users create and adjust rules, while an AI agent reviews historical rule performance and recommends improvements. AI-generated case summaries give analysts a faster read on investigations, helping the team move more quickly across both strategy and day-to-day operations.

“Brazil is an incredibly demanding fraud market and as Conta Azul grows from financial management into payments, the stakes for our customers only get higher,” said Bruno Coconici Rodrigues, Head of Fraud at Conta Azul. “We wanted a platform our team could run ourselves, building and adjusting our own rules and testing new ideas without waiting on engineering. Oscilar gives us that autonomy plus the freedom to connect our own data and the tools we already use.”

“Conta Azul has spent more than a decade helping Brazilian businesses manage their finances, and as it moves deeper into payments, its fraud team has to move as fast as threats do,” said Neha Narkhede, co-founder and CEO of Oscilar. “Our platform puts that control in their hands. They build and adjust rules in plain language, and AI agents help sharpen detection as the patterns shift. We are investing heavily in Brazil and Latin America, and Conta Azul is exactly the kind of team we want to grow with.”

Key benefits of the partnership include:

Unified fraud and onboarding operations: Onboarding (KYC and KYB), transaction fraud monitoring and case management on a single platform, in place of fragmented tooling.

Controls the fraud team owns: The team builds and adjusts rules directly and tests new strategies without waiting on engineering.

A platform shaped around Conta Azul’s data: A schema-agnostic design lets the team send its own data in its own structure, with third-party services connected by Oscilar.

Faster, safer iteration: Backtesting, shadow mode, and controlled rollout let the team try changes before they go fully live.

AI-assisted rule building and case review: A natural-language copilot, an agent that recommends and refines them, and AI summaries that speed up investigations.

Room to scale: Capacity to grow as Conta Azul expands into payments and scales within Visma.

A path to agentic AI: Access to Oscilar‘s broader agentic capabilities as use cases expand.

The partnership adds to Oscilar’s growing footprint across Latin America, where financial institutions are adopting unified, agentic risk infrastructure to keep pace with changing fraud and regulatory demands.

Hadrius, the agentic compliance infrastructure for financial services firms, announced $27 million in seed and Series A funding led by CRV, with participation from Y Combinator, Pathlight Ventures, and the founders of Altruist, Jump AI, and FINNY. The funding will accelerate Hadrius’ vision to consolidate compliance into a single AI-native workflow. More than 500 financial institutions and investment firms already run their compliance programs on Hadrius.

In 2026, artificial intelligence is widening the gap between what compliance teams need to review and what legacy compliance solutions are capable of reviewing. With two-thirds of investment advisers currently using AI, the volume of communications, marketing content, and trades are growing rapidly. At the same time, regulators know that AI has made comprehensive review technologically possible. Firms are now expected to review more, prove more, and respond faster with the same headcount. Agentic compliance is the CCO’s solution.

“If AI is generating the communications, the marketing, and the trades, only AI can review them at the same scale,” said Thomas Stewart, Co-founder and CEO of Hadrius. “Our vision is a world where AI scales compliance team bandwidth by reviewing everything at the speed it was created, applying the right context globally, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.”

Also Read: Machinify Adds Genetic Testing Expertise to Its Comprehensive Payment Intelligence Platform

By consolidating the compliance lifecycle into one AI-native system of record, Hadrius today reduces false positives by 95%, manual compliance work by 70%, and saves 20+ hours per week. By the end of 2026, Hadrius plans to extend AI capabilities across the full compliance spectrum, deploying agentic oversight to:

Marketing: AI-first review & approval of marketing materials.

Communications: Multi-channel capture and WORM-compliant archiving, with AI surveillance to flag violations.

People: Automated personal trading monitoring, attestations, and conflict-of-interest disclosures.

Trades: Monitoring for trading abuse and policy breaches, with support for pre-clearance workflows.

Branches: Inspection scheduling, deficiency tracking, and supervisor-rep hierarchy mapping across offices.

Firm audit readiness: One system of record for policies, risk assessments, testing calendars, and compliance documentation.

“Compliance is one of the largest and least automated labor markets in financial services. It represents a $9.4 billion technology opportunity sitting next to tens of billions in labor spend,” said Brittany Walker, General Partner at CRV. “Before AI, it was fragmented across manual internal teams, point solutions, and expensive consultancies. Hadrius is consolidating that spend onto a single platform, and firms are building their entire compliance programs around it.”

“For us, Hadrius is a no-brainer,” said Michael Schmidtke, Chief Compliance Officer of Csenge Advisory Group. “They’re building a plug-and-play solution around today’s data feeds and AI that the legacy software isn’t keeping up with. Hadrius lets us spend more on what we want and work smarter, better, and cheaper on compliance.”

Hadrius will use the funding to further build out its product roadmap in order to meet demand for category-defining compliance infrastructure. The team recently recruited the former Head of Product at ACA Group along with senior go-to-market leaders from StarCompliance, Orion, and Smarsh, and plans to bring on several other key hires within the next year.

Auxilium Health announced the close of an oversubscribed $3.4 million seed round, a year after closing its pre-seed, to advance its Aer biomaterial platform toward FDA clearance and first-in-human studies.

Backed by returning and new regional and strategic investors, the round more than doubles the company’s prior raise and reflects growing conviction in both the technology and the progress behind it.

For nearly four decades, biomaterials have tried to win what surgeons and scientists call the “race for the surface,” the contest between a patient’s healing cells and bacteria to colonize a material first, by killing bacteria after they arrive.

Also Read: CurifyLabs Raises $14M Series A to Power the Future of Personalized Medicine

Auxilium takes a different approach. Its Aer platform is an engineered matrix-like product that mimics the body’s own extracellular matrix, built to win that race structurally by resisting bacterial attachment while welcoming regenerative cells, all without relying on antibiotics.

The new capital will advance the company’s lead product toward FDA clearance and into first-in-human use while deepening the team and the research behind it. Over the last year, Auxilium’s full-time team has doubled, attracting top researchers and scientists to relocate to Cleveland to join the mission.

“Last year, the question was whether the science was real. This year, it’s how fast we can get it to patients,” said Isaiah Kaiser, PhD, Founder and CEO of Auxilium Health. “We’re grateful to our investors and partners who believe in the science and the team behind what we’re building.

Sail Research, the infrastructure company for AI agents, launched Sailboxes, the first cloud environment purpose-built for long-horizon agent work. Sailboxes give enterprise teams full machines with persistent state and auto-sleep, enabling them to deploy long-horizon agents more cost efficiently and at greater scale.

As enterprises expand their use of AI agents, sandbox costs are becoming a significant line item. Existing sandboxing products require developers to reserve fixed CPU and memory and pay for every second of that reservation. However, multi-turn agents rarely consume their full allocation, and idle time waiting for input, boot-up, or overprovisioned capacity drives costs higher as volume grows. Capped lifetimes and container constraints further limit scalability for agents that run multiple turns over long context windows.

“Our early inference customers, saving up to 90% on tokens with Sail, immediately wanted to run many more agents, on longer tasks,” said Neil Movva, CEO and co-founder of Sail Research. “We built Sailboxes to encourage exactly that: unlimited lifetimes, easy forking for parallel scaling, and efficient scheduling to deliver the most compute per dollar.”

Also Read: SandboxAQ to Bring Large Quantitative Models to Google Cloud’s Marketplace

Unlike generic sandboxes optimized for fast spin-up, Sailboxes focus on endurance and efficiency at scale. Sail achieves this through a novel architecture that migrates virtual machines over Sail’s large compute fleet, based on live resource usage.

“Today’s sandboxes make you guess how much memory, CPU, and disk your agents need, and then either overpay or risk crashing,” said Samir Menon, CTO and co-founder of Sail Research. “Sailboxes let you run agents without thinking about any of that and pay only for what you actually use, freeing you to focus on the transformative tasks your agents can do instead.”

Sailboxes also offer agentic access to full machines with independent disks, persistent state, Docker support, and local NVMe, without runtime limits. Agents running in Sailboxes behave the same way in the cloud as they would locally. As part of Sail’s end-to-end agent infrastructure platform, Sailboxes can auto-sleep while agents wait on the result of a Sail inference call, maximizing efficiency.

Thousands of Sailboxes are already deployed to host long-horizon agents, run reinforcement learning rollouts, and accelerate software development through coding agents, asynchronous bug finding, and automated triage. Quadrillion Labs uses Sailboxes to host cloud agents for Qualia Cloud, its autonomous research platform, where researchers can ask a Qualia agent to test a hypothesis and run multiple experiments in parallel.

Doceree, the world’s first operating system for healthcare marketing, launched the Analytics Workbench, the open measurement layer of Daily Command. Earlier this month, Doceree closed the measurement loop across nine HCP channels Investment, Reach, Performance, and Outcome, read through one clinical signal. The Workbench opens that foundation to what no platform can see from the inside: a brand’s own data.

Through the Workbench, manufacturers and agencies combine their first-party data with campaign exposure, clinical intent, HCP identity, access, claims, and outcome signals in a permissioned, privacy-safe environment, then query that combined view to understand what is working, where it is working, and what should happen next.

Measurement you operate

The Closed Loop Measurement framework reads every channel on the same stages; the Workbench is where teams interrogate it. Which audiences are showing rising intent. Which channels are influencing prescribing behavior. Where access friction is slowing conversion. Which interventions are most likely to improve the next commercial action. Semmelweis Doceree’s pharma-specific reasoning and orchestration model reasons across the environment, moving teams from static dashboards to guided analysis, scenario planning, and faster optimization.

“Earlier this month we closed the measurement loop every HCP channel, one clinical signal, one language from spend to script,” said Harshit Jain, MD, Founder & Global CEO of Doceree. “The Workbench is the second half of that promise, and it is the half measurement vendors never deliver: the loop is closed, but the system is open. A brand’s truth doesn’t live inside any one platform ours included. Now it doesn’t have to.”

Your infrastructure or ours

For clients that already have data infrastructure, the Workbench connects into it through secure connectors and partner integrations. For clients that need a compliant environment built around them, Doceree stands up a clean room and analytics layer tailored to their data, partners, and measurement needs. In both cases, the goal is the same: a governed way to connect signal, activation, and outcome measurement across the commercialization journey.

“We refuse to make clients choose between our intelligence and their infrastructure,” said Kamya Elawadhi, Co-Founder & President of Doceree. “Bring your data, keep your partners, keep your clean rooms the Workbench meets your stack where it is. What teams get is the thing this industry has never had: their own data and ours answering the same question, in the same place.”

Built for the questions measurement rarely answers

That same foundation supports closed-loop campaign analytics, audience quality analysis, and incrementality studies. In an industry where measurement cycles often take months, the Workbench compresses the path from data to decision.
