Zapata Quantum, a pioneer in quantum computing application and algorithm development, announced the completion of an oversubscribed $15 million financing led by Triatomic Capital, a leading technology venture capital firm, with participation from other strategic investors. Odeon Capital Group LLC acted as co-lead placement agent on the offering.

The capital raise marks the final milestone of a successful year-long restructuring effort and positions Zapata to accelerate its role in advancing the application layer of quantum computing. “We’ve completed our restructuring and emerged stronger than ever,” said Sumit Kapur, Chief Executive Officer of Zapata Quantum. “This financing is a strong vote of confidence from long-term, fundamentals-oriented investors and positions us to scale at a critical moment as quantum computing transitions from technical progress to transformational real-world value creation.”

“Zapata stands out for its commitment to technical rigor, deep portfolio of foundational IP, and proven experience helping enterprises advance in their quantum journey,” said Jeff Huber, General Partner of Triatomic Capital. “We’re proud to support Zapata’s growth as it continues to demonstrate leadership in translating quantum advantage into quantum utility.”

The strategic investment by Triatomic and others underscores Zapata’s mission to solve the quantum application bottleneck and represents a key next step in the company’s progress in the public market.

Funding will be used to scale Zapata’s platform and team across science, engineering, product, and commercial functions. As an AI-native company, Zapata is structured to deploy this capital efficiently—leveraging AI-driven development and strategic partnerships, including its collaboration with the University of Maryland on formal validation of quantum algorithms, to extend capabilities, accelerate development, and maximize runway.

“We are already firing on all cylinders: scientifically, technically, and commercially,” said Kapur. “This capital is jet fuel. It allows us to scale across every dimension. I couldn’t be more grateful or excited for the journey ahead as we continue toward our true north as the foundational hardware-agnostic quantum software platform.”

OneLayer, the leader in private LTE/5G asset management and Zero Trust security, announced the launch of the Sentry Partner Program, a formal channel initiative certifying specialized private wireless and security integrators to deliver Zero Trust network access security, automated device onboarding, and managed services to enterprise customers. Founding Sentry partners include Burns & McDonnell, DFND Security, Future Technologies Ventures (FTV), Heddian, Industrial Networking Solutions (INS), Logicalis, MCA, STEP CG, and WWT, firms with established expertise in private wireless infrastructure and enterprise security systems integration.

Enterprises running private LTE and 5G networks, as well as those operating across multi-carrier private APN environments, face device visibility and security challenges that traditional IT tools were not designed to solve. Sentry-certified partners are equipped to deliver Zero Trust network access security, automated SIM provisioning to reduce deployment costs, and consolidated visibility across all carrier deployments from a single management platform.

“Cellular APN customers have struggled to identify and secure devices used across multiple carriers,” said Tyler Larkin, General Manager of Cellular Networking Solutions at MCA. “OneLayer’s platform provides the single pane of glass to monitor and enforce policies universally.”

Sentry partners receive a commercial structure designed to support both deal acquisition and long-term retention. Benefits include complimentary access to OneLayer Scout for pre-deployment site surveys and device inventories, Market Development Funds, SPIF incentives, and deal registration margins. The program also offers sales and technical certifications for partners who have invested in building competency in selling and deploying OneLayer solutions. OneLayer interoperates with a broad range of private cellular ecosystem vendors, including Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, HPE Athonet, Druid, Celona, Digi, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, ServiceNow, and others.

“Utility networks are critical communications infrastructure, and the stakes for device visibility and security across those environments have never been higher,” said Joe Walsh, CEO of Heddian. “OneLayer gives utilities the control and insight they need to manage and secure every device on their private and carrier APN networks, and the Sentry Program gives us the structure to deliver that at scale.”

“Enterprises are deploying private cellular networks at unprecedented scale, and the partners who support those deployments determine whether those networks are secure, visible, and operationally sound,” said Dave Mor, CEO of OneLayer. “The Sentry Program is our commitment to giving those partners the tools, economics, and certification they need to build high-value practices around private cellular security.”

“Burns & McDonnell has been actively working on one of the hard, yet unseen challenges, of standing up a private cellular network: Low-touch provisioning,” said Daniel Bayouth, PE, Director of Networks & Wireless, Burns & McDonnell. “OneLayer will play a critical role, the collaboration has been fantastic.”

“Private cellular is moving fast, and our customers need solutions that combine connectivity with security and operational control,” said Bob Olwig, Executive Vice President of Global Partner Alliances of World Wide Technology. “The Sentry Program gives us a structured path to build and scale that capability for our clients.”

ATX Networks is advancing its IP-based radio distribution capabilities with a new low-latency HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) solution, offering broadcasters a path to modernize operations while preserving existing infrastructure investments. The announcement comes as the industry faces mounting spectrum constraints, rising costs, and increasing demand for real-time audio delivery.

Unveiled ahead of NAB 2026, the solution is designed for users of ATX’s XDS platform, particularly the XDS-PRO S receiver. It provides near real-time audio distribution through IP network connectivity at a latency of three seconds, which is likely to improve the synchronization of live broadcast events such as news and sports, where time is of utmost importance to viewers.

This innovative technology will make use of already existing equipment, thus making it unnecessary for broadcasters to have expensive upgrades done to their systems. Early testing suggests compatibility beyond the XDS-PRO S platform, with broader rollout planned following a beta release.

Apart from improving the immediate performances, the HLS service also constitutes part of ATX’s long-term plan of moving towards a cloud-based delivery method. In its future, the company is planning to develop a new version that will have additional features as well as being compatible with the existing ones. Thus, the broadcaster will be able to move from the conventional delivery method, which involves using satellites, to an integrated system.

As another way to move towards a cloud-based delivery system, ATX has developed what can be referred to as hardware as a service. The new system will reduce the costs associated with the purchase of new equipment since it is subscription based rather than an investment-based expense.

As the broadcast landscape evolves, ATX’s latest developments position it to help radio networks adapt to changing technical and economic demands while maintaining continuity in service delivery.

Nucleai, a leader in AI-powered spatial biology analytics, and Sirona Dx, a Technical CRO, specialized in spatial biology and single-cell services, announced a strategic partnership to deliver a fully integrated and scalable spatial proteomics solution for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Spatial proteomics platforms are generating increasingly rich and complex tissue data, yet a significant portion of that data’s biological value remains unrealized. Critical insights, including novel spatial biomarkers, treatment response signatures, and patient stratification patterns, are often under extracted due to sub-optimal assay development and fragmentation across assay development, imaging, and analytics. As multiplex imaging technologies advance, the gap between data generation and actionable insight continues to widen, leaving substantial value unrealized.

This partnership introduces a premium, fully integrated offering for pharma sponsors, delivered as a single engagement unified across the entire workflow. Sirona Dx leads assay design, development, and validation to ensure high-quality image generation, while Nucleai delivers AI-powered spatial analytics from feature extraction through biomarker discovery and biological interpretation. Together, the companies provide a seamless end-to-end solution in which highest quality tissue data is connected directly to actionable biological insight.
