Ramp financial operations platform made a major announcement about its collaboration with TD SYNNEX. As per the plan, AI-driven financial operations functionalities will be made available to thousands of technology resellers, solution providers, and MSPs across the United States. Both parties regard this collaboration as a major step in the meeting of FinTech, AI, and Enterprise IT Operations while companies constantly wanting integrated platforms to their financial and operational efficiency.

In the system of the partnership, TD SYNNEX will be authorized to distribute Ramp products so that its huge channel ecosystem will be able to provide customers with a single platform that includes corporate cards, expense management, bill payments procurement travel booking, accounting automation, and financial reporting. Ramp gets access to one of the largest global technology distribution networks while TD SYNNEX partners can expand their product ranges with AI-driven financial operations solutions.

Based on the companies, the goal is to enable businesses to update management of expenses, procurement, and financial workflows. Ramp shared that its solution uses automation and intelligence embedded to help get rid of manual administrative tasks, give better control over expenditures, and guide businesses towards more financially sound decisions. More than 50,000 organizations use Ramp, these groups disclosed that they have saved together over $10 billion and 27.5 million hours thanks to the platform.

The Growing Role of AI in Financial Operations

The partnership reflects a broader trend across enterprise technology markets where finance departments are becoming a major focus for digital transformation initiatives. While many organizations have already modernized customer service, cybersecurity, and IT operations through automation and AI, financial management remains heavily dependent on manual processes in many businesses.

Systems for automating financial operations using artificial intelligence are being widely used in order to automate such processes as expense reporting, invoice processing, purchasing, budgeting, and accounting. The benefit of combining all these functionalities into one platform is that it reduces paperwork and increases financial transparency.

For technology channel partners, the addition of financial operations solutions represents a natural extension of broader digital transformation services. Businesses are increasingly looking for unified platforms that connect operational, financial, and technology workflows rather than managing separate systems across departments.

Also Read: Gotransverse Launches Self-Service Portal to Expand Enterprise Monetization Operations and Customer Account Management

Impact on the IT Industry

In the IT space, the Ramp-TD SYNNEX alliance showcases the importance of financial technology in the modern-day tech ecosystems. The technology distributors and solution providers are transitioning from the sale of conventional hardware and software solutions to the provision of business transformation services.

The deal might expedite the growth of the market for AI-based business solutions through the channel. The TD SYNNEX has more than 150,000 customers in the world as well as over thousands of technology vendors, which makes it a dominant player in enterprise technology distribution. Incorporating financial operations technology within the ecosystem will greatly increase the awareness of intelligent finance solutions among medium-size and large enterprises.

Also, it is notable that the deal underscores the relevance of operational intelligence within the enterprise software space. There is an increasing need for visibility when it comes to financial aspects, such as spending and financial performance.

Business Impact and Future Outlook

Modern financial operations platforms can make business operations more efficient and at the same time reduce costs related to manual finance processes. But, due to separate expense procurement payment, and accounting systems, many companies end up with inefficiencies and lack of financial visibility.

Replacing these multiple systems with a single platform enables a business to streamline their operations, improve spend controls, and allow the finance department to spend more time on strategic planning rather than on administrative work. Automation driven by AI might lead to uncovering potential cost savings, better management of cash flow, and faster decision-making.

Besides, such collaborations are indicative of a larger movement towards intelligent business operations, where finance, like other enterprise functions, becomes automated and data-driven. Financial operations are expected to be one of the main areas of innovation and investment as AI adoption keeps growing in corporate settings.

The Ramp – TD SYNNEX collaboration ultimately underscores how enterprise technology is evolving beyond traditional IT infrastructure toward integrated operational ecosystems. Organizations that successfully combine AI, automation, and financial intelligence may be better positioned to improve productivity, control costs, and compete more effectively in an increasingly digital business landscape.

AppOmni has introduced Marlin AI, a new autonomous AI-powered SaaS security solution designed to help organizations detect, investigate, and remediate security threats more efficiently. The launch marks a significant step in the evolution of SaaS security, enabling teams to move away from manual analysis and toward automated threat investigation and guided response.

Built on AppOmni’s extensive visibility into SaaS environments, Marlin AI analyzes security signals across applications, correlates indicators, and conducts in-depth investigations without requiring extensive manual intervention. The platform aims to reduce the time security teams spend identifying and validating threats, allowing them to focus on higher-value security initiatives.

“The goal of Marlin AI is simple: automate and simplify security correlations and investigations to quickly solve SaaS threats,” said Melissa Ruzzi, Senior Director of AI at AppOmni. “General AI tools can’t make sense of complex SaaS environments. Marlin AI looks deeper into SaaS than any other solution, helping teams understand what matters most and take action faster.”

Also Read: DoControl Introduces First-of-Its-Kind Security Controls for Google Gemini Gems

Tamnoon has introduced major enhancements to its cloud security platform, expanding its AI engine, Tami, into a skill-based remediation orchestrator designed to help enterprises respond to cloud threats more efficiently and safely. The update reflects growing industry demand for automated security operations as organizations face increasingly complex risks driven by AI-powered development and autonomous systems.

According to the company, Tami has been trained using more than six million real-world cloud remediation cases across over 800 customer environments. The upgraded system now coordinates specialized AI-driven remediation “skills” tailored to each organization’s infrastructure, enabling faster and more precise responses to security vulnerabilities.

These include the Remediation Confidence Score and the Safe Vulnerability Patching Simulator. The first one is used by the company’s platform to determine the impact of proposed solutions, classifying them as safe, risky or dangerous based on how they could affect the operations of the client’s system once deployed. The latter enables security teams to simulate the behavior of patches by testing them against the application in a sandboxed environment.

According to Tamnoon, the move came after many companies faced increasing difficulty in matching up to the magnitude and velocity of AI-powered attacks. This is evidenced by the fact that, in the current environment, the average amount of time needed for addressing important cloud security alerts has risen to 128 days, and fewer companies have been able to fix vulnerabilities as quickly as they release their applications.

“Frontier AI is reshaping the cloud attack surface exponentially,” the company noted, emphasizing that conventional security playbooks and isolated automation tools are no longer sufficient for modern cloud environments.

Idan Perez, CTO and Co-Founder of Tamnoon, said: “Tami isn’t one agent, it’s an orchestrator. We’ve built the layer that coordinates remediation skills generated for each customer’s environment, with the safety controls to ship in production. The Confidence Score and Patching Simulator are the new skills. Soon, customers and partners will edit existing and add their own. Tami finishes the job, across every class of cloud risk.”

The announcement highlights a broader shift within cybersecurity toward agentic AI defense models capable of automating remediation while maintaining governance and operational safety. As AI adoption accelerates across enterprise software development and cloud infrastructure, security providers are increasingly focused on reducing response times, limiting exposure risks, and enabling organizations to scale protection without overburdening security teams.

42Crunch, a leading API and AI security platform, announced a new integration with Claude Code that moves enterprises closer to a long-sought goal of a fully automated, end-to-end DevSecOps model. The breakthrough eliminates the traditional trade-off between speed and security. Enterprises can now accelerate AI-driven development while reducing risk, lowering remediation costs, and dramatically shortening time to production.

As AI agents increasingly write and modify code, the pace of software development is accelerating beyond the limits of traditional security processes. APIs – the backbone of modern applications – are being created, deployed and consumed at machine speed, expanding the attack surface and exposing a growing gap between development velocity and security oversight. The 42Crunch API security platform plugin for Claude Code closes that gap.

The integration enables real-time detection and automatic remediation of API vulnerabilities introduced during AI-driven development. Rather than stopping at identification, 42Crunch generates context-aware fixes, applies them automatically, and re-tests the updated code—creating a continuous detect-and-fix loop that operates without human intervention.

Also Read: OpenAI Accelerates Agentic Workflows with WebSockets to Unlock Real-Time AI Performance

The result is a shift from periodic, manual security checks to continuous, automated enforcement embedded directly in development workflows.

Rik Turner, Chief Analyst at Omdia, said: “Agentic AI is fundamentally reshaping how applications are built, with APIs increasingly generated and consumed at machine speed. This creates a widening gap between development velocity and traditional security practices. By integrating real-time detection and automated remediation into AI-driven workflows 42Crunch is executing a critical step toward enabling enterprises to scale AI adoption securely.”

Jacques Declas, CEO of 42Crunch, said: “As AI agents take on a greater role in writing and executing code, API security becomes the control layer and it must operate in real time at the same speed. Security leaders can no longer rely on reactive, manual approaches. Security has to be continuous and automated and that’s exactly what this integration delivers.”

“With 42Crunch and Claude Code, security is embedded across the development lifecycle, from design through runtime, without slowing development. That brings the industry closer to a practical realization of agentic DevSecOps at scale,” added Declas.

Octagos announced the launch of Ask Atlas, a new AI intelligence capability allowing cardiac device clinics to query their own remote monitoring data using natural language.

Built on Atlas AI, the intelligence layer of the Octagos platform, Ask Atlas gives care teams a faster and more intuitive way to understand what is happening across their patient population, workflows, and clinic operations. Instead of relying on static reports, data tables, manual chart review, or custom analytics requests, clinicians and administrators can ask direct questions and receive clear, structured answers within seconds.

Ask Atlas is designed for the realities of modern device clinics, where care teams are managing growing transmission volumes, complex patient populations, disconnected workflows, and increasing pressure to do more with limited clinical resources.

Ask Atlas was previewed at the Heart Rhythm Society meeting in April 2026, where Octagos presented a new way for device clinics to interact with their own data.

“Remote monitoring has given clinicians more data than ever before, but access to data is not the same as understanding it,” said Dr. Shanti Bansal, founder and CEO of Octagos. “Ask Atlas gives care teams a way to ask the questions that matter in real time. That kind of direct access to their own data changes how a care team can understand, manage, and act on its own information.”

Octagos pioneered human-in-the-loop AI in cardiac remote monitoring through its Two-Brain Approach, a model powered by Atlas AI and strengthened by IBHRE-certified human expertise. Atlas AI assists in the rapid interpretation of cardiac device transmissions by surfacing clinically relevant findings and structuring reports for efficient review. IBHRE-certified specialists provide clinical oversight and expertise. In peer-reviewed data published in JACC: Advances, Octagos’ Two-Brain Approach demonstrated greater than 99% specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy, significantly outperforming human experts alone.

Ask Atlas brings natural language data access to device clinic operations, allowing clinicians to query recorded clinical and operational data held in the Octagos platform. The tool allows clinicians, administrators, and operational leaders to ask complex questions across their full remote monitoring dataset, including device transmissions, EHR data, clinical context, follow-up activity, workflow status, and billing information using natural language.

Example questions Ask Atlas can answer:

“Which ICD patients have an EF <30% and are not on GDMT?”

“Which patients received ICD shocks in the past 30 days without a scheduled follow-up?”

“Which patients’ AF burden was over 2% and are not on anticoagulants?”

“What is the average battery longevity of our devices by manufacturer and model?”

“Which remote monitoring events qualified for billing but have not been e-signed?”

“AI has changed what people expect from technology: it should help people understand what matters and act on it,” said Haley Chute, Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Octagos. “That same shift is happening in cardiac remote monitoring. Since 2020, Atlas AI has helped device clinics streamline workflows, accelerate clinical reporting, and improve patient care. Ask Atlas advances that vision by helping care teams surface insights in their own data at the moment of need, bringing them closer to the answers and context they need to care for patients.”

Copia Automation, the leader in industrial code management and resiliency, announced Copia Actions, an industrial code workflow engine purpose-built for operational technology (OT). Copia Actions enables OT teams to automate the manual engineering processes that have long defined plant-floor operations: OT backup verification, library version audits, code reviews, compliance reporting, and automated testing, running across every PLC, HMI, and robotic controller in their environment.

The automation devices running the world’s plants, data centers, and infrastructure don’t just produce output. They produce the U.S. economy. The code controlling them has quietly become as critical as the financial systems and enterprise software that get the security headlines, and yet most of that code is still managed by hand, with risk surfacing only when something breaks or a regulator asks for proof.

That risk is no longer hypothetical. In April 2026, a foreign threat group targeted manufacturing devices across the U.S., a reminder that industrial code is now a frontline target. Copia’s platform was built for this moment. Copia Source Control gives teams a verified, auditable record of every change. DeviceLink keeps a clean copy of what’s running on every device. And now, with Copia Actions, OT teams can govern and standardize that code automatically, ensuring that when an incident occurs, recovery to a verified, known-good state takes minutes rather than days.

Also Read: Moderne Introduces Changelog to Bridge Source Control and Change Control for AI-Driven, Multi-Repository Software Engineering

This is the discipline software engineering has practiced for nearly two decades. When a software developer saves a change today, dozens of automated checks run before that change reaches production: tests, security scans, compliance reviews, all triggered automatically and tied to the specific change that prompted them. Industrial engineering has never had an equivalent until Copia Actions. Purpose-built for PLC, HMI, and robotic-controller code, it is configurable to the standards each organization has always intended to enforce, and extensible as those standards grow.

“Industrial code now determines audit posture, cyber resilience, and time-to-recovery for the world’s manufacturers, infrastructure, and data centers, yet most of it is still managed manually,” said Adam Gluck, founder and CEO of Copia Automation. “Copia Actions closes that gap. It gives engineering and security leaders the same automated governance that IT organizations have relied on for nearly two decades.”

The launch of Copia Actions reflects a commitment Copia has held since its founding: bringing the engineering disciplines that transformed software development to the industrial code running the physical world. With Source Control, DeviceLink, and now Actions, Copia continues to close the gap between how OT and IT manage their most critical assets, and to push the industry toward the standards its customers, regulators, and operators increasingly demand.

Cybersecurity and compliance provider Proofpoint has announced a new integration with the Claude Compliance API, enabling organizations to extend data security, governance, and insider risk controls directly into Anthropic’s Claude AI environment. The move reflects a growing industry effort to bring enterprise-grade security and compliance frameworks into generative AI platforms as organizations increasingly deploy AI assistants across critical business operations.

According to the company, the integration allows enterprises to apply the same data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk management, AI runtime security, and Digital Communications Governance controls they already use across email, cloud, and endpoint environments to AI-powered workflows within Claude Enterprise and Claude Platform. Organizations will also get to know about prompts, responses, uploads, projects, workloads, and logs created by their teams in the environment of Claude.

This comes amid a period when companies are witnessing an exponential increase in their usage of generative AI tools. Since AI agents are becoming more and more engaged in activities such as creating messages, assessing documents, accessing sensitive data, and making business decisions, security officers are now dealing with novel problems of governance, compliance, and data security. According to Proofpoint, AI actions must be governed under the same governance structure as human activities.

Also Read: Thales and Google Cloud Partner to Launch Sovereign Cloud Platform in Germany

Addressing the Growing Challenge of AI Governance

One of the key capabilities of the integration is the ability to extend existing security policies directly into Claude. Enterprises can apply behavioral risk models, supervision controls, and data classification policies to AI-generated interactions without deploying separate security infrastructure. This unified approach enables organizations to monitor both human and AI activities through a single control layer.

The statement points to the growing trend taking place in the enterprise software market. As companies stop testing AI and start deploying it on a bigger scale, governance becomes the key factor in driving AI adoption. Recent industry statistics show that many enterprises face security problems related to AI even though they have implemented security policies, demonstrating the importance of creating a more thorough approach to overseeing the process.

The Claude Compliance API, in its turn, has become an instrument used in governing enterprise AI, offering logging tools, activity monitoring options, and content access features needed to incorporate AI operations into compliance systems.

Impact on the IT Industry

For the IT industry, the Proofpoint-Claude integration signals the emergence of AI governance as a core enterprise technology category. Businesses are waking up to Truth is AI systems should be continuously monitored, audited, and risk managed at the same level as traditional enterprises applications.

This change will probably speed up the allocating research and development efforts and resources into AI security platforms, governance structures, compliance monitoring tools, and data protection technologies. Vendors of technology are quickly developing solutions that allow enterprises to co-manage governance of AI systems as alongside their cloud infrastructure, collaboration platforms, and business applications.

The integration is also a sign of a wider industry trend towards single security architectures. Instead of setting up different tools for each AI platform, enterprises want centralized governance models that can handle users applications data, and AI agents all through one operational system.

Business Impact and Industry Outlook

For businesses, the capability of securely governing the interactions of AI could very well be the factor that helps dismantle numerous barriers to the adoption of enterprising AI. A large number of organizations still hesitate to release generative AI in mass production owing to their concerns about the possible exposure of sensitive data, their ability to meet regulatory compliance, ensuring the protection of intellectual property, and dealing with insider threats.

Through AI-based environments, by simply extending existing governance policies, companies may be able to conquer the fear of deploying AI assistants forcefully at various departments like customer service legal finance, HR, and operations. Better transparency of AI-generated activities can also be of great help to organizations in satisfying their audit requirements and in making stronger their regulatory compliance efforts.

In fact, the rise of AI and cybersecurity has been anticipated to be a factor in the changes of enterprise technology strategies. That is why businesses will need governance systems that not only cater to the activities of humans but also those of AI-driven ones, Mostly as AI agents become more and more a part of everyday workflows.

Proofpoint’s integration with the Claude Compliance API ultimately highlights a defining trend in enterprise technology: the shift from simply adopting AI to governing AI responsibly. As organizations continue scaling generative AI initiatives, security, compliance, and governance capabilities are likely to become critical enablers of long-term AI success.

Crypto4A Technologies Inc. has introduced QxVault, a brand new quantum-safe secrets management platform that is expected to enable enterprises and government agencies to improve their cybersecurity practices, making it simpler at the same time.

In particular, the announcement of the release comes at a time when organizations face numerous difficulties in managing their credentials, cryptographic keys, and machine identities across various hybrid and distributed cloud infrastructures. In addition, many companies still use fragmented solutions that prove difficult to maintain and expand. In contrast, QxVault is supposed to solve all those issues with a combined solution that brings secrets management, cryptography, and compliance into one platform.

QxVault is developed on the basis of Crypto4A’s quantum-safe architecture and features a quantum-safe cryptographic module certified to FIPS 140-3 Level 3i.

“DevOps and security teams are overwhelmed by complexity and an ever-evolving threat landscape,” said John O’Connor, Chief Product Officer of Crypto4A. “QxVault simplifies secrets management by integrating everything into a single, trusted platform, making it easier to deploy, easier to manage, and secure by design.”
