– Treasurer Banknote Recycler (TCR) DN600V  – The new device from Diebold Nixdorf offers security and agility in service by automating processes involving cash from financial institutions, receiving deposits and allowing high-speed withdrawals at tellers. Automatically counts money, identifies counterfeit banknotes and eliminates manual checks by attendants. It acts as a substitute for the treasury safe to facilitate agencies’ tasks, optimizing the flow of money. Security is a high point of the solution, which has several protection features, in addition to making it possible to reduce the opening of the main safe in branches during the day.

– Self -checkout – Diebold Nixdorf ‘s line of self-checkout solutions is focused on automating sales and customer service processes in retail. The self-checkout equipment is equipped with high-precision touch screens, dedicated hardware for high performance, an easy integration system with peripherals, as well as a wide range of applications for activity management, billing processes, inventory control and support, among others. It can be integrated with scales, printers, scanners and mobile payment terminals. It has a compact structure, special digital security features and a system prepared for quick integration with legacy programs and platforms.

– Chatbot for maintenance  – The service speeds up the resolution of incidents at ATMs. With the support of Artificial Intelligence, technicians from bank branches and companies that are authorized to handle ATMs can solve any problems such as stuck banknotes, fitting adjustments, positioning of modules and supplying machines without the need to open tickets. It is estimated that this innovative approach can resolve 20% to 30% of incidents, allowing possible issues to be resolved through messages and explanatory videos via chatbot.

– Vynamic Suite – Divided into modules, the Vynamic family software suite, from Diebold Nixdorf , monitors ATMs, digitizes transactions, cash management, security to prevent cyber attacks, customization and engagement of services, analysis of cash operations marketing and much more. Three modules will be presented at BB Digital Week
