Telecentro Argentina promotes business automation with Netcracker digital OSS

 Netcracker Technology is a subsidiary of Telecentro, Argentina’s leading telecommunications service provider, which is part of the Netcracker Digital platform . The company announced that it will expand the introduction of OSS , advance business automation, and aim to realize new use cases throughout its business.

Telecentro provides internet, television, telephone, data center and Wi-Fi services to customers and businesses throughout Argentina. Collecting inventory with advanced infrastructure tools provides Telecentro with accurate and up-to-date information, giving it real-time visibility into equipment and locations across its various E2E networks. The new solutions provided by NetCracker Digital OSS enable advanced automation use cases such as problem detection, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and network optimization. Additionally, operators will see a significant improvement in the quality of their services and, as a result, the customer experience.

The solution incorporates Netcracker Active Resource Inventory, Netcracker Infrastructure Management (data discovery and synchronization, outdoor plant, and asset management), and Netcracker Integration & API Management. They leverage YANG models, open APIs, and standards-based tools to simplify integration management, enable advanced orchestration and automation, and provide real-time visibility.
