OSF Digital, an AI-first digital transformation services company, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Northington as Chief Executive Officer. Northington, currently the Chairman of OSF’s Board of Directors, will succeed Gerard (Gerry) Szatvanyi, who is transitioning to the newly established position of Chief AI Officer.
Northington brings extensive leadership experience and a demonstrated track record of driving growth and scaling operations in global technology companies. Most notably, he served as Chairman and CEO of Cloud Sherpas, steering the company through a period of remarkable growth that ultimately led to its acquisition by Accenture in 2015. Over his distinguished career, Northington’s roles have included Managing Director of Accenture Cloud First, COO of Capgemini North America, EVP of Kanbay, COO of Adjoined, and CEO of Plaut Consulting. Northington has been integral to OSF Digital’s leadership for the last half-decade, joining the Board of Directors in 2020 and serving as Chairman since 2021.

“I am thrilled to take on the role of CEO at OSF Digital,” said Northington. “This is an exciting chapter for OSF, a company consistently delivering innovative, customer-focused digital transformation solutions. I am inspired by our team’s exceptional talent and passion and energized by the opportunity to work alongside Gerry, whose passion and expertise have been instrumental in OSF’s success. As an Agentforce launch partner for Salesforce, OSF is uniquely positioned to bring AI to our market, redefining the digital landscape and driving unparalleled value for our clients. I am very excited to partner with Salesforce as AI enhances their solutions for customers, partners, and users.”
Szatvanyi has led OSF Digital for over 20 years after co-founding the company in 2003, guiding it through several stages of growth, more than 15 acquisitions around the world, and securing over $160 million in funding from investors Delta-v Capital, Sunstone Partners, and Salesforce Ventures. As Chief AI Officer, Szatvanyi will lead OSF’s AI strategy and implementation. This includes advancing All AI, OSF’s patent-pending AI solution, and ensuring OSF’s global leadership in Agentforce.
“Passing the baton to David is one of the most important decisions in my career, and I’m extremely optimistic about OSF’s future,” said Szatvanyi. “David is a visionary leader with the expertise needed to guide OSF through this transformative period, and I look forward to collaborating with him.”
