Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) announced the launch of Amazon Quick Suite, a unified AI-driven solution designed to streamline how organizations research, analyze, and automate business workflows. Quick Suite integrates agentic teammates into a single workspace that empowers users to ask questions in natural language and take action across datasets, documents, and systems.
Amazon Quick Suite combines advanced research, business intelligence, and automation capabilities into one platform built for enterprises. Users can now explore business questions, uncover deep insights, and automate processes all without switching between multiple applications.
Key Features and Capabilities
-
Quick Index
Quick Index establishes a secure, searchable knowledge foundation by consolidating documents, files, databases, and application data. It operates behind the scenes to prepare and index unstructured and structured data, enabling rapid, contextual retrieval across the enterprise. -
Quick Research
This agent decomposes complex queries into structured research plans, then autonomously gathers and reasons over information from enterprise and external sources. Findings are returned with citations for transparency and verifiability. -
Quick Sight
Quick Sight enables business users to query data in conversational language and receive dashboards, summaries, and visualizations. Users can perform what-if analyses conversationally and trigger actions directly from insights without switching tools. -
Quick Flows & Quick Automate
Quick Flows puts automation in the hands of all users, enabling them to build workflows in natural language. Quick Automate targets more sophisticated, cross-departmental processes, offering versioning, observability, user role controls, and human-in-the-loop workflows. It can autonomously interact with applications, forms, and APIs to execute multi-step operations. -
Spaces and Chat Agents
Quick Suite provides contextual “Spaces” for organizing data and tasks. Built-in and custom chat agents allow users to ask questions and automate workflows within their specific domain such as compliance, product, or sales operations.

Seamless Transition for Existing QuickSight Users
Existing Amazon QuickSight customers will be upgraded to Quick Suite. Under the upgrade, data connectivity, access controls, user permissions, privacy settings, and security configurations remain unchanged. AWS emphasizes there is no data migration or transfer involved.
Quick Suite follows a subscription model, with consumption-based pricing on certain features such as Quick Index. Details are available on the Quick Suite pricing page.
Esra Kayabali, Senior Solutions Architect at AWS, and Donnie Prakoso, Principal Developer Advocate at AWS, jointly authored the launch announcement and underscored the value Quick Suite brings to business users and technical teams. They emphasized that Quick Suite enables users to focus on high-value work by offloading repetitive research, insight generation, and process execution to AI agents.
