Accenture Expands AI Refinery, Launches Industry Agents

Accenture

Accenture has enhanced its AI Refinery™ platform with a new AI agent builder. This innovation enables business users to rapidly create and customize AI agents, delivering unprecedented agility. Additionally, Accenture is expanding its portfolio of pre-configured industry agent solutions, helping clients efficiently scale AI-powered agent networks across their enterprises.

Introducing the AI Agent Builder

As part of the Accenture AI Refinery—which operates on NVIDIA AI Enterprise—the AI agent builder democratizes AI development. It empowers business leaders to design and adapt AI agents in response to evolving market dynamics such as regulatory shifts, competitive offerings, customer feedback, or demand fluctuations. With no coding required, decision-makers can modify AI agents instantly without relying on technical teams, enhancing business agility.

When combined with Accenture’s industry-specific AI agent solutions, users can refine agent functionality with a few clicks while ensuring compliance with built-in governance and security measures. This flexibility applies to AI agents developed natively within AI Refinery as well as those integrated from external platforms.

“We are seizing the significant opportunity to help our clients prioritize bold, high-impact initiatives that tackle core business challenges by reinventing processes end-to-end with generative AI and agentic technology,” said Lan Guan, chief AI officer, Accenture. “Accenture continues to double-down on new innovations like agent builder on our AI Refinery platform to empower organizations and decision-makers with the flexibility to drive business value faster, with agents that can observe the environment, apply reason, continuously improve, and take action.”
