With over 25 years of leadership experience in global technology industries, Mr. BronsonOrion’s next phase of growth and transformation , focusing on expanding the company’s digital capabilities and market presence. Brian succeeds Raj Patil , who will now serve in an advisory role to the company and One Equity Partners .

This included driving growth across multiple industries by leveraging innovative capabilities in 5G, connectivity and software product engineering. Previously, as President and CEO of Radisys, a leading provider of open telecommunications solutions, he led the strategic transformation of the company from a hardware company to a provider of cutting-edge software and enabling technologies for the telecommunications, technology and medical industries. This transformation culminated in the sale of Radisys to Reliance Industries in 2018, marking a successful exit for the company.
