Signifyd announced the launch of its new Product Advisory Board, which brings together online risk and fraud professionals with deep industry knowledge and experience. The Board will help Signifyd continue to lead the way in the e-commerce protection market, always innovating to maximize brands’ revenue and improve the customer experience.
The Board includes members from some of the world’s largest and best-known e-commerce businesses, spanning multiple verticals, regions and business models. Robust experience represents Signifyd’s broad client base and ensures that as it moves clients’ solutions, strategies and businesses into the future, the company eliminates blind spots.

The Product Advisory Board will regularly communicate with Signifyd executives and key members of the product team to share insights and observations on the challenges they face, as well as the types of solutions that would have the most impact on the business.
They will have early access to the product roadmap, and Signifyd’s experts in development, design, data science, risk and fraud will solicit feedback on the direction and design of upcoming solutions.
In addition, they will come together throughout the year to build community, generate creative tools and resources, and form a partnership to help lead the way to the future of securing e-commerce and optimizing conversions.
