Harver, the industry-leading hiring solution helping organizations optimize their talent decisions, announced the appointment of Steve Martin as chief executive officer (CEO). Previously serving as the company’s chief technology officer (CTO), Martin will lead the company into its next phase of growth, while driving execution and creating greater value for customers.
Martin has over 25 years of experience leading and scaling product innovation and corporate strategy and brings a wealth of experience to guide Harver in the dynamic HR tech market. He will drive company direction to ensure innovation is the cornerstone of the business’ approach, championing Harver’s goal to help organizations efficiently make better decisions across the talent lifecycle.

Prior to Harver, Martin was the CTO at Monotype, where he transformed the company’s solution portfolio to drive sustained doubled-digit growth. Martin succeeds Scott Landers as CEO of Harver, and served under Landers for over 15 years both at Harver, as well as a previous organization. Together, they have partnered closely on business strategy and direction to ensure a seamless leadership transition. Scott Landers will remain a committed member of the company as a board advisor.
