Liminal Strategy, Inc. has unveiled a set of new AI-powered capabilities designed to help strategy and go-to-market teams make faster, more informed decisions. The announcements were made during the company’s annual CEO Summit in Palm Springs, where more than 100 executives from the identity, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity sectors gathered to discuss market trends and emerging technologies.
At the event, Chief Product and Technology Officer Andrew Bowden introduced four new offerings—Coach AI, Insights Agent, Target Account Lists, and Team Spaces—which expand Liminal’s intelligence platform from a research-focused tool into a collaborative system supporting strategy, sales, and market analysis workflows.
The launch comes as many organizations struggle to translate AI adoption into measurable results. Industry studies show that while most companies have deployed AI in at least one business function, only a small fraction have successfully scaled the technology across their operations. Liminal argues that the primary obstacle is not the capability of AI models but the quality and reliability of the data they rely on.

“Your AI is confident. It’s also wrong. We work with teams that committed millions in engineering and marketing resources on features validated by the very best internal teams armed with ChatGPT and analyst reports, yet over 35% of that spend was wasted on features that failed to meet demand,” said Travis Jarae, CEO of Liminal. “The era of making high-stakes decisions on unverified intelligence is over. What Andrew showed today is what comes next: a verified intelligence layer where strategy and execution operate on the same source of truth, in real time, through a single system. That is the future of enterprise AI, and we intend to own it.”
The new tools are built on Living Graph, Liminal’s proprietary knowledge architecture that maps more than 2.5 million verified entities across identity, fraud, and cybersecurity markets. Each insight is validated by the company’s Analyst Desk before being delivered to customers.
Among the new features, Coach AI delivers competitive intelligence during live sales conversations, while Insights Agent analyzes market signals to identify patterns and strategic opportunities. Target Account Lists helps revenue teams identify and prioritize high-value prospects, and Team Spaces creates collaborative work environments where intelligence can be shared and analyzed across teams.
Together, the new releases reflect Liminal’s strategy of building enterprise AI systems grounded in verified data, enabling organizations to connect strategic insights with execution in real time.
