Suzanne Fohl and Mike Barbary join PrimePay to guide the organization’s financial and legal teams through PrimePay’s next phases of growth
PrimePay, the human capital management (HCM) SaaS company for the SMB market, announced the addition of two new executives: Suzanne Fohl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Mike Barbary as General Counsel.
Suzanne Fohl, Chief Financial Officer: Fohl most recently served as VP, Finance at Paycor, where she optimized financial processes and drove scalability pre- and post-IPO. She is a strategic business partner with 20+ years of experience working with high-growth companies and has deep experience driving scalability and growth in the HCM SaaS industry, specifically for private equity-backed organizations. Fohl is responsible for leading all financial aspects of the business including finance and accounting strategy, budgeting & forecasting, reporting, FP&A, capital and risk management, M&A, accounting, cost control, and treasury.

Mike Barbary, General Counsel: Barbary joins PrimePay after heading up Legal & Strategy for multiple emerging fintechs using AI to digitalize global trade. He specializes in SaaS transactions, focusing on licensing expert solutions to bankers, lawyers, accountants, and HCM professionals. Barbary is responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial agreements, IP and legal matters, and its regulatory compliance strategy.
