Statsig Raises $100M in Series C to Revolutionize Product Dev

Statsig

Statsig, the all-in-one platform for data-driven product development, revealed it has successfully raised $100 million in Series C funding, reaching a $1.1 billion valuation. This funding round was led by ICONIQ Growth, with strong backing from existing investors Sequoia and Madrona.

“Statsig is committed to solving one of the most pressing challenges in modern product development; their platform transforms how teams build and iterate, replacing guesswork with data-driven decision-making,” said Murali Joshi of ICONIQ Growth, who led this round. “We are seeing a ton of demand for a single source of truth across experimentation, feature flagging, analytics, and more. We believe Statsig’s growing and comprehensive platform can serve this for enterprises end-to-end.”

As the landscape of product development becomes more complex—especially with the rapid integration of AI-powered features—teams are increasingly confronted with fragmented data and slow decision-making processes. Statsig addresses these challenges by offering a unified suite of tools that empower cross-functional teams to streamline feature releases, measure impact via experimentation, consolidate product data, analyze insights in real-time, monitor application performance, and capture qualitative feedback.

Replacing the need for multiple standalone products, Statsig integrates feature flagging, product analytics, A/B testing, and more into a seamless platform. The company’s vision is to simplify and integrate these workflows by connecting product data to existing developer tools.

“Product development used to be an art, with visionary engineers and product managers relying on intuition to guide changes. That simply doesn’t cut it today,” said Vijaye Raji, Founder & CEO of Statsig. “We’re doubling down on our mission to help every product team embrace both the art and science of building great products by providing a complete platform for data-driven decision-making.”

With this latest investment, Statsig plans to enhance its platform’s capabilities, expand its team, and help businesses of all sizes unlock the full potential of data-driven product development.
