nClouds, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Services Partner, announced the acquisition of Foghorn Consulting, another AWS Premier Tier Services Partner known for its focus on cloud security, migration, and application modernization services.
Established in San Francisco in 2008, Foghorn Consulting has been an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner for over a decade and brings a highly credentialed team of cloud engineers. Foghorn’s expertise includes infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines (DevOps), and self-healing environments, and has achieved several AWS Competency designations, including the AWS Security Competency, AWS Migration Competency, and AWS DevOps Competency.

nClouds is acquiring Foghorn Consulting from Centersquare, which purchased Foghorn in 2021. Centersquare has grown significantly during the past few years through its unified offering of colocation, connectivity, cloud engineering, and build-to-suit developments.
Charles Thayne Capital and Shaun Ritchie first invested in nClouds in 2022 to enable nClouds to accelerate its pace of innovation while continuing to provide best-in-class services to its high-profile customer base.
