Radware & EPIC Cloud Ink Managed Security Service Deal

Radware

Radware, a global leader in application security and delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments, has entered into a managed security service provider (MSSP) agreement with EPIC Cloud Company, a leading Taiwanese cloud services provider. Under this partnership, EPIC Cloud will integrate Radware’s AI-powered Cloud Application Protection Services into its managed services portfolio, enhancing the security capabilities it offers to enterprises.

EPIC Cloud is recognized for its expertise in enterprise applications, cloud reliability hosting, security management and control, and project-based software development. As part of its growth strategy, the company sought to reinforce security measures across its cloud platforms to better protect customers’ applications and data.

“Our focus is on helping our customers drive digital innovation in the cloud while keeping their applications available and protecting their data,” said Jay Jiang, product manager from EPIC Cloud. “We selected Radware as our partner because of their reputation for industry leading application security services and how they enable us to deliver fully managed protection without technical build out or operational lift.”

Radware’s Cloud Application Protection Service consolidates key defenses into a single, AI-driven platform. It offers organizations access to an advanced web application firewall (WAF), bot detection and management, API protection, client-side protection, and application-layer DDoS mitigation—delivering comprehensive coverage against evolving threats.

“Our MSSP model is designed to help our partners quickly meet their customers’ increasing expectations for advanced AI-powered, cyber defense technologies without having to make infrastructure investments,” said Missy Huang, Radware’s country manager in Taiwan. “We look forward to working with EPIC Cloud in reducing security risks for their customers as they face the dual pressure of shrinking security teams and a rapidly growing threat surface.”

As part of its broader commitment to the region, Radware has invested in a cloud security service center located in Taipei. This facility is part of Radware’s global network of more than 50 security service centers worldwide, which collectively provide a mitigation capacity of up to 15Tbps. The network is designed to accelerate application response times for in-region traffic while minimizing mitigation response times against a wide range of cyberattacks, including DDoS attacks, web application exploits, malicious bot traffic, and API-based threats.
