Ensono, an expert technology adviser and managed service provider, announced its acquisition of AndPlus, a cloud native and data engineering firm. This acquisition continues Ensono’s strategic investment in scaling its cloud and data engineering capabilities and reinforces the company’s commitment to helping clients plan, build, migrate, and operate in the cloud.
AndPlus’ capabilities complement Ensono’s end-to-end transformation expertise in the areas of cloud native development, application modernization, site reliability engineering (SRE), DevSecOps and data engineering. With a proven track record of helping large enterprise clients accelerate their digital roadmap using cloud native technologies, AndPlus’ agile approach to digital transformation allows its team of experts to iterate quickly, provide full visibility, and help clients get to market faster.
“AndPlus’ client-first philosophy and depth of cloud expertise make them the perfect fit for Ensono,” said Jeff VonDeylen, CEO of Ensono. “We continue to invest in our cloud engineering capabilities and AndPlus was a natural next step. I look forward to seeing how they help us continue to drive results for our clients and deliver on business outcomes.”
AndPlus applies cloud native technologies across all industries and application types for major organizations, such as business and financial services leader Bloomberg. Bloomberg teamed up with AndPlus to create a scalable system called Bloomberg Vault, giving firms a unified archiving solution for all communication in a single platform. The platform allows eDiscovery search and analytics, has end-to-end information control and governance, and handles all types of data-like documents. AndPlus also advised Bloomberg on SEC and FINRA guidelines and helped the company reduce operational overhead, access powerful search and analytics, and streamline legal and regulatory investigations for its clients. With its commitment to cloud native development and digital transformation, AndPlus will become an important part of the Ensono portfolio.
“By joining forces with Ensono, we combine our expertise in cloud native engineering, design, and development with Ensono’s proven ability to manage clients’ complex infrastructure,” said Sean Mahoney, CEO of AndPlus. “Together we can execute on a client’s entire digital transformation roadmap. It’s a great partnership and we look forward to expanding our portfolio of services and growing on a global scale.”
Following the acquisition, AndPlus will become part of Ensono Digital, Ensono’s public cloud advisory and consulting practice.
“AndPlus has a strong leadership team and talented people working for them,” said Jeff Wile, Executive Vice President, Ensono Digital. “Their teams’ ability to deliver innovative solutions for clients and get results is evident by their customer loyalty. I look forward to AndPlus joining the Ensono Digital team and the ability to bring more resources and capabilities to clients both in the US and globally.”
