ManageEngine Unveils MSP Central for Modern MSP Infrastructure

ManageEngine

Built In-House, MSP Central Enables MSPs to Centralize Service Workflows, Threat Protection, & Performance Monitoring in a Single Platform

ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, has officially launched MSP Central—a purpose-built, all-in-one platform designed to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) optimize service delivery, device oversight, cybersecurity, and infrastructure monitoring from a centralized console.

Purposefully engineered for the dynamic needs of MSPs, MSP Central consolidates ManageEngine’s proven IT operations and security capabilities into a single, scalable solution. The platform is tailored to multi-client environments, enabling operational efficiency, service standardization, and improved technician productivity.

Meeting the Demands of a Growing MSP Market

As the global managed services market is forecasted to hit $511 billion by 2029, MSPs are under increasing pressure to expand their operations while maintaining service excellence. MSP Central aims to meet this challenge by eliminating tool fragmentation and offering an integrated, modular solution that can grow with the business.

“We had technicians switching between multiple consoles just to resolve a single client incident—a real drag on time and ticket volume,” said Edgar Martínez, business manager at EvolutionIT, an early adopter of MSP Central. “We were looking for a tool that could bring together everything our team needs without adding complexity or locking us into a rigid stack.”

Built for Modern MSP Workflows

MSP Central delivers a seamless operational experience through its cloud-native, multi-tenant architecture. It includes features such as role-based access control, out-of-the-box integrations with both Zoho and third-party tools, and the ability for MSPs to implement only the modules they require—offering unparalleled flexibility and cost-efficiency.

“With MSP Central, we’re bringing together the best of ManageEngine’s proven IT management and security capabilities in a platform designed from the ground up for MSPs,” said Mathivanan Venkatachalam, vice president at ManageEngine. “While each of these modules stands strong on its own, together they form a truly unified platform—delivering a single, connected experience for service providers. This approach lets MSPs consolidate their operations, eliminate tool sprawl, and enable their teams to work more efficiently and effectively—all from a unified console.”

Roadmap for Future Innovation

MSP Central forms the cornerstone of ManageEngine’s broader strategy to offer a complete platform ecosystem for MSPs and MSSPs. Planned enhancements will extend into areas such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), privileged access management, and analytics-driven insights. These additions will enable MSPs to manage both operations and compliance from a single source of truth.

“Our goal is to give MSPs a platform that adapts to their growth, supports their preferred tools, and eliminates the friction of fragmented systems. We’re starting with RMM, PSA, and advanced server monitoring, but this is just the beginning. Our vision is to bring all of ManageEngine’s standalone MSP tools together under this platform, delivering depth, flexibility, and scalability that helps providers grow alongside their clients’ needs. MSP Central is designed to support MSPs for the long haul,” added Venkatachalam.
