Celigo, a leading integration platform as a service company (iPaaS), announced the launch of B2B Manager, a new solution designed to simplify self-service EDI management. With this release, Celigo customers can centrally manage EDI and API based business-to-business and application-to-application integrations through a single platform.
This new solution reduces customer dependence on costly EDI managed services, empowering customers to reduce both B2B management and implementation times through greater self-service control and visibility over their EDI transactions. In addition to these capabilities, B2B Manager enables customers to easily meet trading partner compliance and processing requirements for faster time to trade.
“Managed EDI services often struggle to offer customers full transparency into their B2B integrations and transactions,” said Matt Graney, Chief Product Officer at Celigo. “By providing visibility and control over B2B integrations and EDI transactions through a single, central integration platform, we’re enabling B2B companies to grow their trading partner network with in-house EDI resources.”

This product release offers several benefits to customers including:
- Accelerate Time to Trade: Leverage prebuilt Trading Partner (TP) connectors, EDI ERP templates, centralized EDI profiles and EDI documents built to TP requirements to accelerate time to trade.
- Achieve More Visibility and Control: Customers get full visibility into EDI transactions and B2B integrations through dashboards, enabling them to identify errors, ensure compliance through validation, and manage, troubleshoot, and customize integrations in a self-serve manner.
- Lower B2B/EDI Costs: Reduced time spent on EDI management and transparent, predictable subscription pricing provide customers with a lower total cost of ownership compared to traditional EDI providers.
- Scale IT and EDI Resources: Efficiently build, manage and monitor end-to-end EDI integrations between trading partners and a company’s ERP for fully automated B2B processes on a single platform, without extensive resources.
“We chose Celigo B2B Manager for two primary reasons,” said Rebecca Carroll, Operations Director at La Sportiva. “We knew how intuitive and easy-to-use Celigo’s products are and we wanted more visibility and control over our EDI.This move also allows us to manage all of our integrations via one platform instead of having to work with multiple vendors.”
Kris Levine, Director of Technology at Made in Cookware added, “Celigo is the center of gravity for our tech stack, so the ability to consolidate everything into a single, unified platform is appealing. I also prefer a self-service model where I have more control and visibility into our EDI processes and B2B Manager will allow me to have that.”
Celigo is committed to continuous innovation and to providing solutions that not only meet current user needs but also anticipate future integration trends. To learn more about the release,
