Apex Fintech Solutions and Wavvest Partner to Deliver AI-Driven Financial Planning for Advisors

Apex Fintech Solutions

Recently, Apex Fintech Solutions has announced a strategic partnership with Wavvest to deliver enhanced AI-driven financial planning tools for financial advisors and wealth management organizations. The strategic partnership will enable financial advisors and wealth management organizations to create a more automated and data-driven environment for developing comprehensive financial plans by leveraging Wavvest’s AI-driven financial planning tools and Apex’s custodial data infrastructure. This will enable financial professionals to create a more streamlined and data-driven experience by leveraging AI-driven tools and providing a better experience for clients.

This alliance will enable the technology of Wavvest to integrate directly with the API of the Apex Ascend OS platform, allowing the system access to real-time portfolio data and account information. This will enable the creation of complete financial plans for clients, including tax planning, estate planning, and transition planning strategies, all within minutes. In the past, many of these processes have involved significant data entry and time-consuming processes using traditional financial planning systems. However, the solution aims to automate these processes, reducing the operational burden on the system while allowing the financial advisors more time to focus on individualized advice and relationship-building with clients.

This is because the integrated AI assistant has a number of capabilities that are useful in complex planning scenarios. First, the advisors are able to carry out a number of tasks, such as tax planning, estate analysis, and portfolio transition strategies, all from a single interface. The data is accessed directly from the AscendOS APIs, meaning that there is no need to manually enter data from the portfolios and accounts. Moreover, the advisors are able to see all the assumptions and calculations that are made, providing them with a better understanding of the data and how it is analyzed, and allowing them to review all the data and make decisions before passing on the analysis to the clients. The technology is also useful in more complex planning scenarios, such as equity compensation planning, direct indexing strategies, and insurance policy analysis, among others, which are usually complex and require a lot of financial modeling.

“At Apex, we’re committed to being AI-forward in everything we build,” said Bill Capuzzi, CEO of Apex Fintech Solutions. “Our goal is simple: enable our clients to save their advisors time and enhance their service capabilities. Through strategic partnerships like this one with Wavvest, we can offer our clients access to cutting-edge tools that fit their process, connected to real-time data, with seamless workflows no compromises, no workarounds.”

Brendan King, CEO of Wavvest added: “AI should elevate advisors, not replace them. Through this partnership, we’re embedding intelligence directly into modern, API-first infrastructure. By combining Wavvest’s planning technology with Apex’s institutional-grade custodial platform, we’re creating a more connected operating environment that allows firms to move faster, operate more efficiently, and serve clients with greater precision. That ultimately frees advisors to focus on what matters most: building lasting client relationships.”

Looking forward, both firms have planned to increase the scope of the system. One of the changes that can be expected is the progression of the AI assistant from a ‘read-only’ system to a ‘read-write’ system. This could potentially increase the ease of operations by allowing the AI assistant recommendations to be executed directly through the firm’s API.

The partnership can also be considered an extension of the firm’s efforts to integrate artificial intelligence technology into the firm’s financial technology ecosystem. The firm is expanding its artificial intelligence suite, which can potentially increase the productivity of the firm’s users, including the advisors. Additionally, the firm can develop tools that can increase the ease of development for fintech firms. Considering the need for intelligent automation tools for the ever-expanding wealth management industry, the firm can potentially assist the firms in the industry with the increasing need for personalized financial guidance for clients.

Wavvest is a fintech company that offers an AI-native operating system for independent wealth managers, providing a range of services that include financial planning, investment management, and client engagement, all in a single operating system.
