Aprio has announced its agreement to acquire RSM US LLP’s Professional Services+ (“PS+”) practice, which operates across the U.S. and Canada. The acquisition is set to be finalized on April 30, 2025, pending customary closing conditions.
The PS+ practice delivers specialized resources, strategic insights, and integrated solutions tailored to help professional services firms navigate industry challenges and achieve sustainable growth. Serving nearly 80 firms throughout the U.S. and Canada, the practice provides expertise in strategy and leadership, talent development, business process optimization, and access to group purchasing solutions.
