Arta Finance Unveils Arta AI: AI-Guided Private Wealth

Arta Finance

Arta AI is a new way to engage with wealth management through a suite of AI agents —intelligent, personalized, and always available.

Arta Finance, a global wealth platform, introduced Arta AI –  a new way to engage with wealth, giving clients a suite of AI agents to analyze portfolios, explore investment ideas, and access financial insights on demand. This marks a significant milestone towards a future where clients will be able to use AI agents to navigate all aspects of their wealth journey. With today’s launch, clients can talk to Arta AI to review their portfolio, create personalized investment strategies, analyze stocks, and learn more about what Arta has to offer. Arta AI will also be available to partner banks and financial institutions globally through Arta’s “wealth as a service” offering.

With its digital platform, access to human advisors, and proprietary AI system, Arta is redefining how clients engage with wealth management, making it easier to access insights, analyze strategies, and navigate complex financial decisions. Arta AI is designed to be an intuitive conversational partner, allowing clients to interact naturally through voice or text. Clients can ask questions like, “How did my portfolio do last month?” or “How is Google stock doing today?” or “What should my portfolio look like?” and receive data-driven responses. Arta AI can adapt to each client where needed, offering tailored responses based on the client’s financial profile and preferences.

“The old world of wealth management is built on exclusivity and high barriers to entry,” said Caesar Sengupta, Co-Founder and CEO of Arta Finance. “At Arta, we believe in financial superpowers for all — not just the elite. AI brings a level of accessibility and intelligence to wealth management that was unimaginable just a few years ago.”

Arta AI is purpose-built for wealth management

a regulated domain that involves sensitive client preferences and information. Arta’s AI-powered features use various types of underlying technology from agentic systems to function calling and RAG to non-generative AI approaches like traditional machine learning and convex optimization. Arta AI has the ability to bring in the specific models that are appropriate for the task — whether conducting financial analysis or explaining the difference in asset classes to a client.

Arta introduced the following agents:

  • Investment Planner: Engages in natural conversations to understand a client’s financial profile and create a personalized investment plan. It can help clients understand the composition and key characteristics of the suggested investments. And over time, it can help clients track the performance of their holdings on Arta.
  • Product Specialist: Guides clients as they explore the Arta platform, patiently answering questions about products and services or how to use the app to manage wealth.
  • Research Analyst: Acts as a personal analyst, ideating on a trend or reflecting the client’s convictions in a portfolio. Clients can start by describing an investment idea and the analyst agent will research the area of interest and suggest a set of securities with detailed analysis. An interactive portfolio creation tool supports their investment decision-making.

Powered by Arta AI, these agents provide clients with an intuitive and efficient way to engage with their wealth. Arta AI is always available — ready to respond and assist on demand. Arta AI will be available for a monthly subscription fee starting at $20 per month, while clients with more than $100,000 managed by Arta will receive complimentary access. Arta AI is gradually rolling out to early adopters today.

Arta will also make Arta AI available to partner banks and financial institutions for use by their clients or their private bankers and advisors through its B2B “Wealth as a Service” offering. The company also plans to make more agents available to clients in the coming months.

“Traditional private banking serves a fraction of the world’s investors, leaving millions without access to the tools that drive wealth creation,” said Ralph Hamers, Senior Advisor to Arta Finance and former CEO of UBS and ING. “Arta is changing that. By leveraging AI and deep domain expertise, Arta makes institutional-grade investment guidance and strategies available to a broader audience, bridging the gap between high-net-worth exclusivity and intelligent, technology-driven wealth management.”

Arta AI is integrated into Arta’s wealth platform, which manages the wealth of thousands of accredited investors globally, offering:

  • Access to Elite Investments – Including private equity, venture capital and private credit sourced from renowned fund managers, alongside custom structured products and intelligent public market portfolios.
  • Transparent Pricing and Lower Minimums – Arta offers more competitive pricing than private banks, while keeping management fees clear and transparent. Investment minimums start at $2,500 for U.S. clients.
  • A Wealth-Building Community –  Arta clients can share insights and access exclusive benefits with their peers while learning from insurance, tax, and financial planning experts.
