TXOne Networks, a leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) security, announced YC Wu has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO).
YC Wu joins TXOne Networks with almost three decades of experience in the global financial markets as a banker at Goldman Sachs, UBS, JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup. He also held numerous leadership roles and led the financing and strategic initiatives of several financial technology (or “FinTech”) companies, such as Yeepay and Wecash.

In the new role, YC Wu reports to CEO Terence Liu, along with other TXOne Networks senior finance leaders overseeing areas that include fund raising, treasury, tax, internal audit, and financial planning and analysis.
