ANA, an advanced virtual expert, offers a significant leap from conventional chatbots by not only retrieving existing information but also understanding, analyzing, and generating new textual and graphical content. By synthesizing data from multiple technical sources and the customer’s unique network insights, ANA delivers precise, tailored responses within seconds, significantly reducing the time required for complex tasks.
As the first generative AI virtual expert specifically designed for enterprise Wireless WAN (WWAN) networks, ANA leverages large language models, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience. All AI functionalities are hosted within Ericsson’s infrastructure, guaranteeing data privacy by eliminating the need for third-party generative AI solutions.
