Cadence to Acquire Secure-IC, Embedded Security Leader

Cadence has officially announced its definitive agreement to acquire Secure-IC, a prominent provider of embedded security IP platforms. This strategic acquisition is set to enhance Cadence’s rapidly growing portfolio of cutting-edge, silicon-proven IP solutions, encompassing interface, memory, AI/ML, and DSP technologies. By integrating Secure-IC’s expertise and comprehensive portfolio, Cadence aims to deliver robust security solutions tailored to meet the increasing demands of interconnected devices across various industries.
