Flō Networks Deepens and Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Executive Appointments

Company officials are proud to share the appointments of Mr. Hugo Nava as Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) and Ms. Rocio Martinez as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). These strategic appointments will position company leadership to best serve its clients and allow it to continue its growth within the digital infrastructure sector.

Mr. Nava, formerly COO, steps into the role of CIO, where he will be responsible for continuing the company’s digital transformation, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of Flō Networks’ clients. Mr. Nava graduated from Universidad La Salle in Mexico with a B.A. in Informatics and holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Administration by Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. He will be able to further focus on process standardization, cybersecurity, and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Ms. Martinez, who takes on the role of COO, previously served as Chief People Officer (“CPO”) of Flō Networks since joining the company in 2020 through the acquisition of Neutrona Networks. In her time as CPO, she has successfully overseen and has had an integral role in the integration of two other acquisitions. In her new role, Ms. Martinez will primarily be responsible for the company’s operational strategy and execution. She brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having managed operations in various countries across Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Nava holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences and a Master’s degree in Open Information Systems from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
