Megaport acquires Latitude.sh to boost global AI and cloud services

Megaport Limited, the world’s leading provider of Network-as-a-Service (NaaS), announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Latitude.sh, a leading global Computing as a Service company that provides on-demand, high-performance CPU and GPU infrastructure.

Once the acquisition is finalized, the combined capabilities will create a global platform that unites Megaport’s private high-speed connectivity structure with Latitude.sh’s IT infrastructure, enabling businesses to rapidly deploy and connect critical workloads across more than 1,000 data centers in 26 countries.

Latitude.sh delivers high-performance CPU and GPU infrastructure across 20 key markets in 10 countries, combining simplicity, speed, and scalability. With developer-friendly APIs, predictable billing, and the ability to deploy workloads in as little as five seconds, the platform empowers Latitude’s more than 1,150 customers to scale their computing resources for enterprise applications, high-performance blockchain nodes, SaaS, gaming, ad tech, and streaming services. Boasting an advanced fleet of over 7,700 servers and dedicated NVIDIA AI clusters, Latitude supports inference, fine-tuning, and training workloads for startups, large enterprises, and service providers.

By integrating Latitude.sh into Megaport’s global high-speed private network, businesses will be able to deploy IT resources and seamlessly interconnect them with clouds, partners, and more than 1,000 data centers worldwide.

The transaction is expected to be completed no later than December 31, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and required approvals.
