Greater Good Health, a healthcare services organization, welcomes industry veteran and seasoned operator Jared Campbell as Chief Operating Officer. As part of the executive leadership team, Campbell will play a pivotal role as Greater Good Health expands its mission to advance value-based care and improve primary care access across the country.
“Our company is at a sentinel moment in its growth journey, and it is the exact right time to be welcoming a Chief Operating Officer to lead our teams,” said Sylvia Hastanan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Greater Good Health. “Jared brings deep operating rigor from large managed care organizations like Healthcare Partners, DaVita Medical Group, and Optum. He is a perfect match to our company’s needs – his experience with vulnerable populations, building infrastructure and teams for risk bearing organizations, and developing world class primary care models.”
As Chief Operating Officer, Campbell will partner with Chief Medical Officer, Tyler Jung, MD to oversee Greater Good Health’s operational teams ensuring the organization operates at the highest standard for both Greater Good Health’s clients and its own primary care patients. Campbell has over 20 years of experience in value-based care, most recently at Optum, as Chief Operating Officer over a large region in Southern California. Campbell is well studied in driving performance within large multi-state primary care organizations.

“As a former founding Chief Operating Officer and current board member, I understand firsthand the critical role that great operations play in our growth stage,” shared Carol DeVol, Greater Good Health board member, who recently retired as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Landmark Health. “I am thrilled to have an experienced Operator like Jared joining our team, whose expertise will be invaluable as we navigate growth ahead. This addition to the team strengthens our commitment to operational excellence and sets us up for continued success.”
Greater Good Health has developed core competencies that are foundational to value-based care and partners with risk-bearing organizations to deploy private-labeled integrated clinical solutions. Programs include transitions of care, high risk patient management, risk adjustment support, and quality gaps in care. Last year, Greater Good Health launched wholly-owned value-based primary care clinics in communities where physician shortages have impacted access to care for seniors, including Billings, Missoula, and Great Falls, Montana.
“This role is a culmination of all the learnings, successes, failures, and insights I’ve gleaned from supporting the delivery of high-quality, value-based, patient-centric care throughout my career,” said Campbell. He adds, “I’ve watched Greater Good Health grow tremendously from afar, laser-focused on solving a clear need in the market, and couldn’t wait to join such a dynamic and inspiring team.”
