RethinkFirst Acquires Joshin to Build Unified Support Platform

 RethinkFirst, a company providing evidence-based solutions that support neurodiversity in the workplace and at home,  announced that it has acquired Joshin, a leading provider of disability and neurodivergent support services. The move positions RethinkCare as an all-in-one platform for neurodiversity and disability support – combining high-tech innovation that leverages evidence-based and clinically validated approaches with high-touch human support and navigation.

The combined RethinkCare and Joshin solution can be embedded directly into employer benefits strategies, seamlessly integrating with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), health plans and leave/accommodation processes. By addressing challenges early with proactive coaching, navigation and digital resources, employers can often reduce the need for formal accommodations. When accommodations are needed, it can help employees get them faster. The RethinkCare platform offers solutions for professional resilience, parental success and personal wellbeing that incorporate evidence-based behavioral and mental health skills training for employees, including live consultations with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who support people with ADHD, autism and other conditions.
