CrowdStrike and Intel have strengthened their strategic partnership to secure the next generation of AI-powered personal computers. This is to address the rising threat landscape as artificial intelligence workloads increasingly run directly on endpoints. The strengthened partnership was announced at RSA 2026 and has integrated CrowdStrike’s industry-leading Falcon platform with Intel’s AI PC architecture to offer real-time hardware-accelerated threat detection and data protection.
With AI PCs playing a vital role in today’s computing environment, there is an increased need to process sensitive data locally through integrated AI assistants and applications. This has resulted in an expanded threat landscape for endpoints, making traditional endpoint security solutions insufficient. The integrated solution offers CrowdStrike’s best-in-class endpoint detection and response features along with Intel’s AI acceleration features on CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs to identify and respond to endpoint threats quickly.
“The rise of AI PCs is changing not just how work gets done, but where execution and risk live,” said Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike. “As AI moves directly onto the endpoint, security has to operate where those interactions happen. With Intel as a lead AI PC innovation partner, our collaboration extends Falcon directly into that layer, so customers can protect sensitive data and close the gap between detection and containment.”

Some of the key capabilities of the collaboration include the improved protection of sensitive information within the AI workflow, which is made possible by Falcon Data Security to detect, classify, and control sensitive information leakage. The collaboration also incorporates Intel’s silicon-level telemetry and Threat Detection Technology to help detect attacks that might evade other detection solutions. Furthermore, the collaboration offers improved visibility of endpoint, identity, and cloud signals to help organizations better understand complex threats.
“AI PCs are bringing powerful AI capabilities directly to the endpoint, creating new opportunities for performance and innovation,” said Jen Larson, General Manager, Commercial Client Segments at Intel. “By combining Intel’s AI PC architectures with CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform, we’re enabling real-time security and data protection on the device without compromising performance or user experience, expanding our joint roadmap and co-engineering pipeline to further accelerate delivery of AI based security at the edge.”
By aligning security with where AI operates, CrowdStrike and Intel aim to help enterprises modernize endpoint protection, ensuring resilience as AI-driven computing becomes integral to everyday business operations.
