Symmetry Systems, a leading provider of data+AI security solutions, announced the appointment of Dr. Anand Singh as its new Chief Security and Strategy Officer (CSSO). With more than two decades of cybersecurity leadership across startups and Fortune 10 companies, Dr. Singh brings a wealth of experience to Symmetry’s executive team.

Before joining Symmetry Systems, Dr. Singh served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Alkami Technologies, where he played a critical role in shaping the digital banking leader’s security posture through its early stages, IPO, and rapid expansion. His prior experience includes serving as Global CISO at Caliber Home Loans during a period of significant growth, as well as holding senior roles at OptumInsight (a division of UnitedHealth Group) and the e-commerce division of Target Corporation.

Recognized as a thought leader in the global information security community, Dr. Singh frequently shares his insights on topics such as data protection, AI, and cyber risk management through keynote presentations and published articles.

Dr. Singh holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (India), a Master’s in Computer Science from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. He also holds top industry certifications including CISM, CISSP, and NACD.DC.
