DXC & 7AI Launch AI-Powered Security Operations Service

DXC

DXC Technology, a Fortune 500 global technology services leader, has announced a strategic partnership with 7AI, a pioneer in agentic security, to introduce the DXC Agentic Security Operations Center (SOC). This breakthrough offering marks a significant milestone in the cybersecurity landscape, integrating fully autonomous AI agents into DXC’s managed security operations to drive enhanced speed, accuracy, and scalability for clients across the globe. In addition, DXC is adopting 7AI’s platform internally to elevate its own SOC performance.

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the future of cybersecurity, this partnership redefines how managed security services are delivered. Rather than relying on traditional manual workflows, the DXC Agentic SOC leverages 7AI’s cutting-edge autonomous agents to streamline alert triage, threat investigation, and incident response. The result is a next-generation SOC experience that provides measurable improvements in detection, response time, and cost-efficiency.

By automating core SOC functions, the DXC Agentic SOC addresses long-standing inefficiencies. The solution is expected to cut investigation time by 30 minutes to 2.5 hours per incident and significantly reduce false positives freeing analysts to focus on high-priority threats.

“The use of AI enhances security efforts by boosting efficiency, augmenting human skills, and enabling SOCs to scale and deliver greater value in the face of growing cyber threats,” said Chris Drumgoole, President, Global Infrastructure Services at DXC. “The future of security operations isn’t about more tools or more automation, it’s about intelligent AI agents that deliver measurably better outcomes. By partnering with 7AI, we’re pioneering the next phase of managed security services, delivering better insights, faster response times and, ultimately, superior protections for our customers.”

Across its customer base, 7AI’s platform has already saved over 224,000 analyst hours equivalent to 112 full-time analyst years delivering more than $11.2 million in productivity gains. The platform is projected to save customers over $100 million in 2025. Central to this innovation is 7AI’s Dynamic Reasoning capability, which autonomously determines investigative strategies for emerging threats in real time without needing predefined playbooks or rules.

DXC customers will benefit not only from the advanced capabilities of 7AI’s platform but also from DXC’s robust cybersecurity expertise. The partnership ensures seamless implementation, incident response, breach management, and comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services tailored to each organization’s unique environment. Furthermore, anonymized threat data from DXC’s extensive global network continuously enhances 7AI’s detection intelligence while upholding stringent data privacy standards.

“DXC’s global cybersecurity scale – serving hundreds of customers, across 25 delivery centers that process 4.5 million daily security threats – provide the real-world data environment essential for advancing our AI. This combination of proven security leadership and operational breadth makes DXC the ideal partner for delivering truly agentic security solutions to the enterprise market,” said Lior Div, CEO and Co-Founder of 7AI. “This partnership validates our vision for a new era where security teams can focus exclusively on security outcomes. DXC customers will experience what it means to have AI agents that continuously improve their understanding of each organization’s unique security context.”

With the launch of the DXC Agentic SOC, the two companies are ushering in a new era of AI-driven security enabling enterprises to stay ahead of sophisticated cyber threats while optimizing operational efficiency and costs.
