LogMeIn Data Protection Suite powered by Acronis offers powerful business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities for LogMeIn Resolve, streamlining endpoint management, protection, and recovery

GoTo, a global leader in cloud-based communications and IT management, has announced a strategic partnership with Acronis, a renowned name in cybersecurity and data protection. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in simplifying and strengthening endpoint management and security for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and small to midsized businesses (SMBs).

At the core of this alliance is the launch of the LogMeIn Data Protection Suite powered by Acronis—a new solution designed to unify endpoint management with world-class business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) capabilities. By integrating LogMeIn Resolve’s modern, AI-powered Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools with Acronis’ trusted data protection technologies, the suite provides a comprehensive and scalable solution to today’s increasingly complex IT environments.

“IT teams and Managed Service Providers today are tasked with managing incredibly complex environments, and that means endpoint management, backup, and disaster recovery are often handled in separate, siloed platforms,” said Joseph George, General Manager of IT Solutions Group at GoTo. “Lack of integration across these silos, however, can lead to missed backups, inconsistent policies applied across devices, and delayed disaster recovery responses. We’ve partnered with Acronis to create a solution to these challenges with the new LogMeIn Data Protection, delivering a connected, scalable experience that dramatically reduces risk, complexity, and time to incident response.”

Key Features of the LogMeIn Data Protection Suite Include:

  • Unified Management Experience: Centralized endpoint oversight through a single pane of glass. IT teams can manage devices, deploy agents, and schedule backups seamlessly within the Resolve console.

  • Customizable Backup Configuration: Tailor backup policies to suit organizational or client-specific needs with support for file-level, disk-level, image, and application backups.

  • Flexible, Policy-Based Scheduling: Automate backups with full control over timing, frequency, and recurrence using intuitive policy settings.

  • Cloud Application Support: Ensure complete data protection with support for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, extending coverage across both cloud and endpoint environments.

  • One-Click Rapid Recovery: Restore critical systems in moments using historical snapshots, minimizing downtime and enabling swift operational recovery following cyber incidents, hardware failure, or accidental data loss.

  • Designed for MSPs: Built with multi-tenant environments in mind, allowing service providers to scale efficiently while maintaining full visibility and control.

Beyond the joint product launch, existing Acronis BCDR customers will now benefit from native integration with GoTo’s platform. This integration simplifies backup workflows and enhances operational efficiency by allowing direct enrollment of devices and configuration of custom backup schedules within the Resolve environment.

“It’s been incredibly rewarding to work closely with the GoTo team to bring this partnership to life,” said Fernanda Silva, Senior Alliances Manager at Acronis. “Together, we’ve integrated Acronis’ backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint detection and response capabilities directly into LogMeIn Resolve, creating a more unified, efficient experience for MSPs and IT professionals. This collaboration is more than just a technical integration; it’s about solving real-world challenges our partners face every day. I’m proud of what we’ve built and excited about the value this brings to our joint ecosystem.”

This strategic alliance is poised to redefine how IT professionals and service providers protect, manage, and restore critical systems—ushering in a more intelligent, responsive, and resilient approach to IT operations.
