RSA Security has announced an expanded collaboration with Microsoft, reinforcing its leadership in passwordless authentication and AI-driven identity security. The update, revealed at the RSAC Conference 2026, introduces new capabilities within Microsoft 365 E7: The Frontier Suite, enabling enterprises to secure both human users and AI agents across hybrid, cloud, and on-premises environments.

By integrating RSA® ID Plus for Microsoft with Microsoft 365 E7, organizations gain trusted authentication for sensitive operations while minimizing reliance on passwords. This expansion follows RSA’s participation in the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), deployment of RSA Advisor for Admin Threats within Microsoft Security Copilot, and the release of RSA ID Plus Admin Logs Connector, further cementing the partnership.

Enhancements include desktop passwordless V2 for macOS and Windows with online, offline, and hybrid high-availability options, advanced mobile passkeys with proximity verification, and datacenter passwordless support for Linux and OS servers. These updates can be deployed independently or alongside the Microsoft Entra ID suite, enabling organizations to implement passwordless authentication consistently across all environments.
