RSA, the security-first identity leader, unveiled a series of enhancements to its comprehensive passwordless solution, aimed at accelerating secure, phishing-resistant authentication across diverse enterprise environments. These advancements extend RSA’s ability to help organizations eliminate passwords while modernizing access control and improving operational efficiency.
Part of the RSA® ID Plus platform—recognized as the only end-to-end passwordless identity security platform—the latest features are designed to support both modern and legacy infrastructures, empowering enterprises to adopt a unified and robust passwordless strategy.
The new capabilities include:
-
Expanded Windows Desktop Login and Entra ID Support: RSA ID Plus now enables Windows login using mobile passkeys and QR codes. Additionally, the platform will introduce support for Microsoft Entra ID in July, further broadening compatibility with enterprise identity systems.
-
Streamlined One-Step Enrollment: Beginning in July, RSA will simplify user onboarding with a new one-step process for enrolling RSA mobile passkeys and multi-factor authentication methods, minimizing delays and lowering help desk overhead.
-
Code Matching for RADIUS Environments: Organizations relying on RADIUS can now deploy code matching to mitigate the risk of prompt bombing attacks while ensuring continued support for legacy systems.

These features are further bolstered by RSA’s advanced security innovations designed to protect enterprises from emerging post-passwordless threats. Among them is RSA Help Desk Live Verify (patent pending), a bi-directional, passwordless identity verification tool that safeguards against social engineering and help desk scams, such as those targeting Marks & Spencer, Christian Dior, Co-Op, and MGM Resorts.
Another key security measure, RSA Mobile Lock, reinforces the integrity of the authentication process by proactively detecting app tampering, malware, jailbreaking, sideloading, and adversary-in-the-middle (AiTM) attacks.
“Not all passwordless is created equal: government agencies, finance, energy and healthcare providers, and other security-first organizations need a passwordless solution for all users, environments, and devices,” said RSA CEO Rohit Ghai. “Moreover, to defend against emerging threats, organizations must integrate passwordless into an identity security platform that provides full visibility into user access while constantly assessing identity security posture. Cyberattacks start wherever organizations’ security capabilities end, which is why high-security organizations rely on RSA for a complete identity security platform that stops phishing, malware help desk scams, ransomware, and other attacks before they start.”
As passwordless adoption grows across industries, RSA’s continued innovations reaffirm its commitment to delivering trusted identity security that helps enterprises stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
