Segal to drive global expansion, strengthen Sygnia’s leadership in incident response, MDR, and cyber readiness

Sygnia, the foremost global incident response and cyber readiness team, announced the appointment of Guy Segal as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Segal has been with Sygnia for nearly six years, holding senior leadership roles including Head of APJ, driving the initial build-out of the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) practice, and establishing the Corporate Development division. He brings decades of experience in cybersecurity and incident response, with a proven track record of building teams, scaling global operations, and leading organizations through the most complex cyber challenges.

As CEO, Segal will focus on accelerating Sygnia’s global growth, advancing its incident response leadership, and expanding its MDR and proactive service offerings. He will also continue to invest in innovation, including AI adoption, to ensure Sygnia remains at the forefront of helping leading organizations worldwide prevent, detect, and defeat advanced cyber threats.
