This strategic move aims to bolster ECI’s presence in key sectors, including commercial food equipment, HVAC and refrigeration, petroleum equipment, and overhead garage door services across North America.
With over 35 years of experience, Davisware supports more than 360 customers and employs 145 professionals across the U.S., Canada, and India. The integration of Davisware’s expertise and solutions is expected to unlock new avenues for growth, innovation, and scalability for ECI.
Davisware’s suite of software solutions—Vision™, GlobalEdge™, and GlobalWarranty™—will now be incorporated into ECI’s offerings. This acquisition underscores ECI’s commitment to investing in field service technology, aiming to deliver industry-specific tools that optimize operations, enhance technician productivity, and drive business growth. Financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
