11:11 Systems has successfully completed its acquisition of Brisbane-based cloud and managed services provider Digital Sense from Aussie Broadband, a move designed to strengthen its position as a leading sovereign cloud provider in Australia and expand its Asia-Pacific footprint amid shifting dynamics in the VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) ecosystem, which recently streamlined the number of authorised partners and coincided with Aussie Broadband’s “Look-to-28” strategic focus on telecommunications rather than broad technology services, leading to the divestment to ensure customers continued access to best-in-class VMware cloud infrastructure. “Across the globe, 11:11 has been working closely with cloud service providers to help customers stay secure, compliant and perform at their best as the market evolves,” said Brett Diamond, CEO, 11:11 Systems. “Digital Sense has earned a standout reputation across Australia for delivering high-performance cloud solutions, and we’re excited to welcome their customers to 11:11’s resilient cloud platform providing the stability they need today and the innovation to keep moving forward.” The acquisition marks 11:11’s seventh purchase of a former VMware CSP and its tenth acquisition overall, building on previous integrations such as iland Cloud, Green Cloud Defense, Unitas Global, Sungard Availability Services, Faction and Ntirety, and reinforcing the company’s deep operational expertise and commercial insight in VMware-based environments.
