Cryptio Raises $45M Series B to Expand ERP Infrastructure for Digital Asset Markets

Cryptio

Cryptio has secured $45 million in a Series B funding round co-led by BlackFin Capital Partners and Sentinel Global to accelerate the development of its ERP infrastructure designed for regulated digital asset markets. The platform fixes the gaps in traditional ERP and accounting systems. These systems weren’t designed for blockchain assets, real-time reporting, or modern custody. As banks, exchanges, and asset managers adopt tokenized securities, stablecoins, and other digital tools, Cryptio offers a system. This system combines and aligns financial data from blockchains, exchanges, custodians, and brokerages.

“Cryptio’s normalization and reconciliation layer turns those fragmented inputs into consistent, audit-ready data across accounting, reporting, and operational workflows,” Karan Sharma, Investor at Sentinel Global. The company’s architecture is designed to meet institutional control standards and support audits conducted by major firms including Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PwC. Building on its data platform, Cryptio is also introducing Loan Management and Treasury Management solutions, enabling institutions to manage lending activities and treasury workflows within the same environment as digital assets continue to gain traction in regulated financial markets.
