This funding aims to scale global operations and solidify Cybereason’s position in the prevention, detection, and response space. The company also appointed Manish Narula as Chief Financial Officer and Gregory Puff as General Counsel.

Narula brings over 18 years of experience in technology transformations, having served as an investment advisor for SoftBank Corp. and as CFO at Treasure Data. Puff previously served as Partner and Deputy General Counsel for SoftBank Investment Advisors. CEO Eric Gan expressed enthusiasm about the new executive team, stating their expertise will bolster Cybereason’s commitment to delivering top-tier cybersecurity solutions. CFO Narula noted the overwhelming investor support as validation of Cybereason’s industry leadership, emphasizing that the expanded funding will fuel innovation, accelerate product development, and expand global reach.
