eG Innovations Introduces Universal Synthetic Monitoring Technology

eG Innovations

eG Innovations has launched its Universal Synthetic Monitoring technology within the eG Enterprise platform, introducing a next-generation approach designed to eliminate the limitations of traditional synthetic monitoring tools that rely on complex scripting, fragile Selenium setups, and costly per-test models. Positioned to support the modernization of digital ecosystems, the new capability offers a no-code, hybrid automation engine that runs securely inside a customer’s own environment or via a centrally managed SaaS console. “Synthetic monitoring has to evolve beyond script maintenance and browser-only visibility,” said Srinivas Ramanathan, CEO of eG Innovations. “Our Universal Synthetic Monitoring capability combines visual intelligence with browser automation to deliver a resilient, intelligent, and secure solution.”

The solution uniquely pairs optical character recognition (OCR) with Selenium DOM intelligence to automate real user journeys across both browser and desktop applications, supporting complex workflows such as MFA, PDF and asset validation, data integrity checks, telephony workflows, and more, backed by full audit trails. Unlike SaaS-only solutions, tests run entirely within the customer’s infrastructure, offering full control over data while maintaining orchestration and analytics at scale. Integrated natively with eG Enterprise’s RUM and APM features and built on a predictable pricing model, the launch reinforces the company’s mission to simplify observability and provide intelligent, cost-efficient, and secure digital experience monitoring for organizations across hybrid environments.
