The partnership offering benefits such as accelerated AI observability adoption, modern SRE-aligned workflows for faster incident response and confident deployments across AWS, and simplified procurement through AWS Marketplace leveraging Honeycomb’s Hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, further reinforced by existing customer success like Nubank’s improved latency and customer experience, while Allison Johnson, Director of Technology Partnerships at AWS, noted, “Customers today need the ability to build, operate, and scale modern applications with the clarity and confidence that high-fidelity observability provides,” highlighting the collaboration’s role in reducing downtime, increasing engineering velocity, and supporting organizations’ modernization and AI-driven ambitions at scale.
