Insight Health Raises $11M to Tackle Healthcare’s Administrative Burden with AI Agents

Insight Health has raised $11 million in Series A financing from Standard Capital to tackle the rising problem of administration in the U.S. healthcare industry, which has overhead costs that run into trillions of dollars each year and physicians spending a third of their time on administrative duties. Through its voice-first clinical agent platform, Insight Health helps healthcare facilities automate many clinical and administrative processes to help them reduce workload and lower costs while improving care. Its AI agents engage patients via voice and text while also supporting in-visit documentation through an ambient scribe integrated with EHR systems.

Clinics using the platform have collectively saved millions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of hours, with over 3 million autonomous patient interactions completed to date. “2026 will be the year patient-facing AI truly takes off,” said Jaimal Soni, co-founder and CEO, Insight Health. “Healthcare organizations are stuck in the impossible position of meeting rising patient demand among budget constraints and mounting administrative burdens, which means patients will ultimately fall through the cracks.”
