Joget Inc. has unveiled the Joget AI Agent Builder, a no-code innovation within its new Joget DX 9 platform, designed to revolutionize enterprise automation. The tool empowers both technical and non-technical teams to visually create, test, and deploy intelligent agents capable of executing real-world business tasks across HR onboarding, procurement, customer support, and supply chain management without writing a single line of code. According to the company, the platform allows “teams technical or non-technical can create, test, and deploy intelligent agents that act on your behalf, handling real business tasks from HR onboarding to customer support and supply chain optimization, without writing a single line of code.” Emphasizing the human-in-the-loop approach, Raveesh Dewan, President and CEO of Joget Inc., stated, “The companies that will thrive aren’t just adopting AI, they’re empowering their people to build with it. Joget AI Agent Builder is our answer to that shift: a platform where human insight leads, and AI executes.”

Julian Khoo, CTO of Joget, highlighted the governance aspect of the platform, noting, “What sets our approach apart is governance. These agents operate within structured, auditable workflows, with human-in-the-loop controls for critical decisions. You get autonomy without losing oversight, and speed without sacrificing responsibility.” Built as part of the broader Joget Intelligence Suite, which also includes the AI Designer, AI Assistant, and AI Bundle, the Agent Builder responds to Gartner’s projection that “By 2028, 33% of enterprise software applications will include agentic AI, up from less than 1% in 2024, with at least 15% of day-to-day work decisions being made autonomously through AI agents.” Featuring drag-and-drop interfaces, workflow simulations, and built-in human approval for critical tasks, Joget’s platform bridges the gap between automation and control enabling enterprises to drive autonomous productivity while maintaining governance and accountability.
