Wipro Limited will work with Odido Netherlands B.V. on a multi-year project. This project will upgrade Odido’s IT system. It will also enhance its digital services for customers. Wipro will transform Odido’s digital and tech landscape. It will simplify and automate processes using its AI platforms, WEGA and WINGS, part of Wipro Intelligence™. This will create an agile, agent-driven ecosystem. The goal is to boost service reliability. We want to resolve incidents faster and enhance operational efficiency. The partnership uses a self-funded model. Savings from productivity improvements will be reinvested. This supports ongoing digital initiatives, making innovation sustainable and scalable.

Wipro will launch a conversational AI chat solution. This will provide multilingual self-service options. It aims to improve responsiveness within Odido’s tech ecosystem. Through its experience-led studio methodology powered by Designit Wipro will integrate design, development, and engineering teams early to capture user and business needs, thereby accelerating time-to-market and ensuring high-quality digital experiences. “At Odido, our goal is to make technology more human.
