Specifically, Auvik has rolled out three new capabilities: Northstar, a troubleshooting tool based on network path visualization; a new monitoring collection agent that runs natively on ARM64-based hardware; and an updated alerting engine, which allows for additional customized settings for alerts and notifications.

By presenting a contextually-relevant subset of network devices and connections from the network map, Northstar enables users to focus on the path from the selected node to the Internet or other nodes on a network to pinpoint issues with greater efficiency.

The ARM64 collection agent enables deployment on cost-effective ARM64 architected devices such as Raspberry Pi, providing a flexible and affordable option for customers with a wide range of infrastructure needs. ARM64 Collector code automatically detects the underlying architecture and functions accordingly, extending existing deployment options.
