Salute, a global leader in integrated data center lifecycle services, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keysource Group, a highly regarded provider of sustainable data center solutions and strategic advisory services across the EMEA region for over four decades. The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approval, marks a significant step in Salute’s expansion strategy.

Upon completion of the transaction, Salute’s footprint in EMEA will grow to include over 500 skilled professionals, bolstered by the addition of 130 Keysource employees. This move enhances Salute’s ability to address the surging demand for AI-powered infrastructure solutions while delivering scalable and sustainable consulting services to its global clientele.
