Entrust Unveils First Unified Cryptographic Security Platform

Entrust

The new Entrust Cryptographic Security Platform helps enterprises confidently defend against cyber threats and manage operations with the first all-in-one solution for keys, secrets, and certificates.

Entrust, a global leader in identity-centric security solutions, has introduced the Entrust Cryptographic Security Platform, marking a major breakthrough as the industry’s first end-to-end solution for comprehensive cryptographic security management. This platform unifies the oversight and control of keys, secrets, and certificates across the enterprise, addressing the growing complexity and risk of cryptographic sprawl in today’s digital landscape.

As cyber threats continue to evolve in sophistication and scale, traditional data and identity protection methods are no longer sufficient. In increasingly digital-first environments, every connected system, application, and device becomes a potential attack vector if not anchored by a strong cryptographic foundation. Fragmented tools for managing encryption keys, secrets, and certificates have left organizations vulnerable and hindered their ability to effectively manage cryptography at scale.

The Entrust Cryptographic Security Platform is designed to close that gap. It offers end-to-end visibility and control over the entire cryptographic estate—including public and private cloud infrastructures, on-prem environments, endpoints, applications, and network layers. This unified approach empowers security teams, IT departments, and DevOps professionals with the agility to deploy cryptographic tools more efficiently, while ensuring centralized inventory management and enhanced visibility. Crucially, it also lays the groundwork for organizations to prepare for the looming shift to post-quantum cryptography.

Bringing together Entrust’s leading cryptographic technologies, the platform delivers integrated capabilities for compliance management, PKI deployment and operation, and lifecycle oversight of keys, secrets, and certificates. All assets are secured using Entrust’s nShield HSMs, while maintaining full interoperability with third-party hardware security modules and top-tier IT, identity, and security platforms through an extensive ecosystem of integrations.

“Siloed cybersecurity tools are no longer enough in a world where keys, secrets, and certificates are increasingly being targeted by AI-enhanced attacks. We’re seeing an explosion of data and devices that need to be secured by cryptography, and we’re in the midst of a multi-year transition to quantum-secure cryptography. It’s clear that every organization must place a heightened focus on cryptographic estate management as the foundation of data and identity security,” said Bhagwat Swaroop, President of Digital Security at Entrust. “With our new Cryptographic Security Platform, Entrust and our partners are helping organizations protect their cryptographic foundations.”

“With the inevitable ‘Q-Day’ getting closer and closer — when quantum computers can quickly break traditional encryption — cryptographic management needs to keep pace. Businesses need to have complete cryptographic estate monitoring and observability while also maintaining flexibility to ensure they’re keeping pace with the technology landscape,” said Jennifer Glenn, IDC Research Director for Information and Data Security. “Organizations are seeking a comprehensive, long-term solution that will adapt to the future of security.”

The Entrust Cryptographic Security Platform provides the tools enterprises need to navigate these transformations with confidence, offering:

  • Enterprise-Wide Visibility: Centralized dashboards allow organizations to monitor cryptographic assets, audit change logs, and receive real-time alerts for proactive threat detection.

  • Cryptographic Risk Management: Automate risk posture assessments, enforce enterprise-wide cryptographic policies, and secure assets across departments and cloud environments.

  • Scalable Architecture: Designed for performance and flexibility, the platform supports the latest standards with both on-premises and managed service deployment options.

  • Interoperability: Seamless integration with leading security, identity, and IT management platforms, along with open API support for customized deployments.

With this new platform, Entrust is helping organizations regain control over their cryptographic infrastructure, reduce risk, and prepare for a quantum-secure future.
