Building on a Strong AI Foundation

The expanded collaboration builds on Fiserv’s current use of AI technologies. The company has already processed more than 100 billion tokens in Microsoft Foundry, enhancing product capabilities, client servicing experiences and its internal developer gateway. Additionally, over 8,000 Fiserv software engineers are leveraging Microsoft’s GitHub Copilot to boost development velocity and accelerate delivery of solutions to market.

Beyond internal tools, Fiserv has long integrated AI and machine learning across its product portfolio, powering robust fraud detection, smarter risk management and personalized engagement for financial institutions; improving decision-making and authorization rates for merchants; and driving compliance and client servicing efficiency. The company is now focused on advancing its AI stance from intelligent automation toward agentic intelligence, reflecting a deeper, more autonomous integration of AI capabilities across its services.
