Global digital workplace management software leader TeamViewer announced the general availability of Tia Troubleshooting, a major technological expansion of its artificial intelligence assistant, Tia (TeamViewer Intelligent Agent). Available across TeamViewer’s remote support ecosystem, including TeamViewer ONE, Tensor, and SMB licenses the upgraded capabilities allow the AI engine to transition from providing static support recommendations to executing governed remediation actions during active remote support sessions.
As enterprise technology environments expand in complexity, traditional IT service desks face increased friction in diagnosing endpoint issues, executing manual fixes, and scaling operational bandwidth. Tia Troubleshooting transforms this operational paradigm by evaluating device health, pinpointing root causes, applying targeted remediation scripts upon administrator approval, and verifying that the underlying problem is fully resolved.
Transitioning IT Support to Autonomous Endpoint Management
With this rollout, day-to-day IT support tasks undergo a change. From being merely a tool to guide, Tia takes charge of the incident lifecycles from one end right through to the other as a human overseer directs her.
